Thank you for educating me with that, I'm not aware of it. But I don't agree with you in using the trust system to tag people you think have spam the forum. I may have some spam posts (which I explain above) but I'm not a spammer.

Trust system are suppose to be use for SCAM not SPAM.

Moderators handle SPAM.... DT MEMBERS  handle SCAM..
The comments were made with neutral feedback. As far as I'm aware, that's fine for disclaimers.

It is also unfortunate that (most) moderators can't really handle spam outside of simply attending to reports. Maybe you haven't been reported or maybe your posts really did get better: my reports most likely made up the bulk of the deletions and that's why you saw a lack of activity.

The neutral feedback also helps to identify the worst of the bunch: when I report users for high numbers of posts, this is not just one or two posts in their history but instead the users have most likely made spam post after spam post. In fact, my reports are probably on the lower end of what they could be because I don't want to give the moderators spam posts that are too old.

Regarding this feedback, may I know the specific "forum standards"? That would be very helpful for me if you will show it so I can improve my post. TBH, I didn't expect of this as I'm mostly participating on gambling discussions where I know I'm really knowledgeable of.

Do you know what is mean "spam"? not just if we talk about this forum standard, already in general. You can get information very quickly if you want.

Definition of spam (Entry 1 of 3)
: unsolicited usually commercial messages (such as e-mails, text messages, or Internet postings) sent to a large number of recipients or posted in a large number of places

You don't have to point me to the definition of spam because I know what it meant. I was only asking for a specific standard on evaluating a post to be considered as spam. When I make a post, I don't think I'm spamming but I understand that it's possible that some of my post will be deleted because it's considered spam by those who report it and the moderators. FYI, I don't remember anymore that I have deleted posts in the last 6 months, though I can't verify as I usually delete that kind of message in my inbox.

how do you connect leaving feedback trust with spam?

I would answer your question with a question.
What's the forum standard for trust feedback? Isn't it out of standard if it's use for a non trust related issue?

I mean, it's the moderators job to evaluate the post, if you keep spamming, you'll be ban, that's it.

Just so I can make this point clear for anyone that wants to question the feedback:

Moderators considered reports of your posts good. This means that moderators thought that at least 50 of your posts broke the forum rules, most likely regarding spam.

I think actmyname should add hisself also to the spam list. By the way, somebody already has proven that actmyname has bought his account, his last trusts were from 2/3 years ago.
Blatantly false.
I don't have to say anything: these users know their posts got deleted when their inbox got those Bitcoin Forum messages. I'm just letting everyone else know.

BPIP will corroborate with the results. Unless I'm again an alt of Vod.
Does anyone want a pastebin of the report logs? I'm not sure what the best format to deliver it would be.

79 of your wrong posts are deleted already. Every 13th post which you write is deleted because is marked as worthless or offtopic. that's why you're on 378th place on top spammer list

More and more people are looking for faces to join the ChipMixer campaign and now this is a fact.

I hope that the number of deleted post does not increase in the future and I always try to do my best. It will be a dark past for me, and I believe the future will be bright for me. I believe I can still do my best to make up for that mistake by improving the quality of post and contributing to forum and users. That will be my great hope.
Most people that I have reported had consecutive pages worth of consecutive replies of spam. This means that there were at least two back-to-back pages worth of spam that I had to trudge through in their post history.

As for your current post history, it's not the kind of account I would sift through: a lot of egregious spammers will still consistently post one to two-liners that have no substance. Your post quality has improved since the reports were made.
The neutral feedback was to mark the users on this thread as it makes it easier to identify such users. Not everyone looks at these lists or BPIP.

I know I haven't yet posted any public report data but I'm sure that either mprep or hilariousandco could add some credence to my list's integrity/validity - pretty sure they go through a lot of my reports.

In fact I was really surprised by the feedback I received recently on my profile because I honestly didn't expect it. I don't want to be considered the worst spammer of all time and so far known across forum for my poor skill.

I admit that I didn't care about the quality of my previous post and it ended up with multiple post deletion by moderator. It was a mistake I admit to my weakness as an unskilled user. So far, this is my post deletion data based on the Bpip.org site.

There are 134 post that I have deleted by the moderator so far because the quality is not up to standard. But I realized that this is a habit I can still change for the better and so far I have been doing it and improving the quality of my post.

I hope that the number of deleted post does not increase in the future and I always try to do my best. It will be a dark past for me, and I believe the future will be bright for me. I believe I can still do my best to make up for that mistake by improving the quality of post and contributing to forum and users. That will be my great hope.

Bump.

Just so that you can have a relative comparison: if you have at least 50 deleted posts, then you are within the top 730 spammers in the entire forum. Source: BPIP

All of the 279 users have at least 50 good reports.

The median at around ~80 places the top ~140 users in this list within the top 400 spammers of the forum.
Edit: new small report consolidation.

Update:

The farm suppression thread's original list of members was consolidated with the new members, forming a list of just under 300 members.

All of these members have at least 50 good reports against them and the cumulative count is 30098 good reports, which makes it an average of 105 reports (which can be effectively considered deleted posts) per user.

So you mean people with less merit = spammer?
Let's put it this way: spammers earn less Merit.

Quote
I have ever found a member posting with long characters and got merited, and that post was low quality (in my opinion) because he just repeat the same statement.
I don't know what "long characters" means, but a single merited post doesn't matter much. And there is quite some Merit abuse to rank-up to Jr. Member. Higher ranks are much harder to reach for low-quality posters.

Quote
But with the actual reason put on the report will let reported members to know what's wrong with their post and help them to be better members.
You could have opened a topic in Meta when your first few posts got deleted. People are more than willing to help you figure out why that happened.

I think it's good to add the reason instead of just deletion notification.
Reporting and removing posts already takes more effort than the average spammer puts in to post it.

With ~2500 pending reports for the past two days I'll probably update it after the weekend... though more reports will be coming through in those days Smiley
What!
~2500 and last two days?
Are you a reporting version of LoyceBot? :-P

What's interesting is, I copy/pasted your list into my own Ignore list just to see how it felt, and for the most part I agree with it. But then strangely I saw that you merited a post by a user hidden by your own list!  Cheesy

I do make use of the Show/Hide feature quite a bit, so I don't blame you, I just thought it was a little bit funny. OK that's all I have to say. Please don't add me to your list for this post, then I'd have to ignore myself.
Not completely accurate. I will later truncate the list to users that have at least 5 (or maybe 10) good reports depending on how my reports go.
