Yeah I agree that's actually a really big problem in my country also there are basically no local or online stores where we can buy using bitcoins luckily I found a few traders on local bitcoin buying at a higher rate. And normally we don't see any stores which accept gold for making payments so it kind of makes sense.
There are some local stores now that accepting bitcoin as payment method here in my country there are actually working on it starbucks is one of them are other online stores that accept bitcoin but if theres an sm supermarket that will accept bitcoin as payment method then that would be great for sure to anyone who using bitcoin.

Many people can not use their bitcoins for this reason. But I hope that soon the situation will change and there will be a lot of shops where they accept crypto currency
There is an application that will give you information about place that accept bitcoin as payment system. I was try it, incredible, there is a car rentals that accept bitcoin. but it is outside my city. we can more easily in spending our bitcoin with the help of this application.

Yeah, for us it's better to keep our coins or exchange them to our fiat money. I have the same situation that we only have methods to pay online or turn   Bitcoin in to our currency by exchanges. Better to wait for it, but in some countries this process can be so long as in my country
In our country there are only few shops who accepts bitcoin but to exchange bitcoin to fiat is very easy, I can actually have it in less than five minute and withdraw my funds directly to an ATM. That was really awesome and I hope our local exchange sites will upgrade more for better experience.

In addition, I can pay bills and even purchase with some participating partners of our exchange sites using my bitcoin and for me that is already some improvement that was not realize in the past.
In my country we dont have any shops which gives you chance to purchase something with bitcoin, and not a lot of exchange's at all.Maybe if you directly withdraw to your debit card and that's it. But no ATM machines, where we can easily sell or buy bitcoin, only at our capital city we have those machines, they are small against this big ones like gaming machines, but i think we have a lot of moments we could upgrade, to make this eco system more better.
Small bussiness not implemented by goverment to give us any experience of using the bitcoin, they want to close other payment systems, not to give for people other oportunities to use, recive or withdraw other funds

I am not spending them unless if there is urgent need of hard cash and if that situation arises then I sell few bitcoins and convert it to my local currency but most of them I am saving for future as price will go very much higher in future which will give me higher profits.
Lol I think there are many people who do that, by converting their bitcoin first to fiat and then do the spending
I think the question here is pure spending with bitcoin
Yeah, besides I don’t see the point of doing that since you can find lots of good product in bitcoin or that you can buy with bitcoin cheaper thanks to purse.io, so if you are going to spend bitcoin try to spend bitcoin instead of converting it to fiat first since you will lose some money in the conversion.
today, most users only spend a bitcoin bitcoin they have a way to trade with fiat. Well, I guess it's the only way you'll spend a bitcoin that you collect to buy whatever you want, because you will not want you to buy the goods, accept bitcoin as a means of exchange

In most cases, people here aren't really interested in spending their coins. While I do agree that purse.io gives people enough incentive to at least consider spending their coins due to the 5-15% off bonus (depending on the situation), people still prefer to have their coins converted to fiat, where from there they decide what they will do with their money. The fees are too insignificant to be much of a concern. If I convert my coins to fiat, I am subject to a fee of 0.25%. If I cash out €1000 worth of Bitcoin, it would cost me €2.50 in fees. Is it all that bad? Not in my book.

Yes that is the real question. How do we it if we dont have the technology to make it happen. Here in Philippines we dont have something like that. We spend it by exchanging it to fiat first. Very limited shops do accept it and hard to find. It will take more years for bitcoin accepted payment could be done here for the economy rise slowly and I dont think companies would be open to that risk.
And that would not be a problem on my part as I can live with that as long as there is an exchange site which will allow us to convert our bitcoin to fiat. But since we are hoping for progress, we love to see that more merchants will accept bitcoin as it's a good sign of adoption which will make other people aware on the existence of bitcoin.
Too many people keep thinking that for mainstream adoption we need to start to see the supermarket and corner stores start to accept bitcoin but i don't see it working that way.

Bitcoin is an online currency and that is where it will stay, although just because it is an online currency doesn't mean that you won't soon be able to buy your shopping with it, a lot of the major supermarkets and department stores are already using pay online pick up later systems and this can just be another payment method they can now offer, confirmations shouldn't be a problem since they could just send you a SMS as soon as one confirmation comes through and you could then drive down to pick up you weekly shopping.
bitcoin can always be used on people demands, if you need a real life store to accept bitcoin then it is okay even though bitcoin invented as online payment processor why not? as long as a lot of people really want it? it is not just about the sign of mass adoption.

it is more than that , bitcoin really full of benefit besides can be spent online.

To grow the adoption of bitcoin we need people spending it as a daily currency.
In my country there is not much I cant buy with bitcoins.
Granted not a lot of retailers accept BTC yet but with all the services available now they dont need to.
A bitcoin debit card can be very handy.

Nowadays if I need to pay a bill then I can pay any bill via a site called livingroomofsatoshi

Please list any reasons why you could not use bitcoin for day to day expenses and maybe we can find a way.

In my country bitcoin actually considered as currency, I mean by considered we can use it for our everyday life, because we have this app. wallet that converts bitcoin in our actual currency. Signature campaign is actually my part time job, I support my school using bitcoin.
You can also use bitcoin directly. bitcoin innovation company that is in the czech republic created a web-based platform with a heat map bitcoin. on this map you can find more than 6700 places that accept bitcoin that exist around the world. So you can know where to spend your bitcoin directly.

I think this is a legalisation of Bitcoin in any country . Most of the countries are not accepting Bitcoin directly , since they allowed Bitcoin indirectly .
Here I my self earlier advertising Bitcoin in between my friends and saying to make buy and sell through bitcoins but most of them first goes to see the legality of Bitcoin at Wikipedia for country .
And about 80-90% friends said me to keep himself away from the Bitcoin.
So in this case here it is more better to use Bitcoin secretly . I think this may be also a thing for many bitcoiners to not to use day by day in his practical life .
The Bitcoin transaction is illegal in most of the countries, but people are using it freely without getting any risk from governament. And yes nowadays people first check in online and they enter to any new business. But in online if you read about Bitcoin article most of them are telling it is illegal currency, and we can not use this directly we need third party company to convert fiat currency. This type of information making new people stay away from this Bitcoin. If we get a chance to use Bitcoin freely, then it will become more popular.

I do think that online transaction is good enough to make Bitcoin to be adopted by masses.  Remember we are already in an information age where we can almost get everything we need thru the internet.  And the trend is incline on that, full online transactions.  We just need a little more time to see Bitcoin being accepted anywhere in the world and be adopted by every internet users in the planet.
Online transactions are good but you need to know that more than 50% of our populatiob do not have a chance to access the internet wifi and most of them do not like to work with thr computer. In the futurd, maybe bitcoin will be adopted in masses, but not today.  Bitcoin has the bright future. I hope that it will soon bd recognized and used by the people on the Earth and even the aliens lol

That's actually the beauty of it. Obviously, those people that don't have access to the Internet have very little to no money at all. They stick to the traditional ways because they don't have the money to step up their lives. Meaning, you're not going to waste time talking to people that don't have money to buy or don't understand what you're selling. This saves you time and effort.

I believe that mass adoption will happen to people that have Internet connection. Read Digital Divide and you'd realize that some people are going to live a life not ever being able to hold or see a computer, let alone use bitcoins.
