Right now I don't spend much bitcoin, I have spent some in this forum and for services that I need, I think I have spent about 2BTC in two years , but what is stopping me to use bitcoin mere as a currency than as an investment is simply the fact that in my country I cannot pay for anything in bitcoins everything I have bought has been online.
Holding is looking like a safer option for good futures but for that scenario to happen faster bitcoin also needs to be used as a daily currency for people to take notice and want to buy some.

we must have the discipline to save it, it's not fiat that depreciated its value overtime, it makes the opposite thing as overtime it become more valuable.
But in order to be discipline while saving bitcoins, we must have more number of income streams, without them we cannot be sure to be discipline to save them for long times. When we need bitcoins for our living needs then spending bitcoins will become a routine life.

I would like to see some of the bitcoin sales figures that some of the bigger bitcoin accepting countries for good they have sold for bitcoin payment, companies like Dell and Microsoft would be great examples since their market is already manily geeks and nerds like us bitcoin crazies
