Even to use it online I don't find many sites that accepts bitcoin directly as a mode of payment so I prefer to use credit card for buying things online and I also have a bitcoin debit card that I use at physical shops so I don't have convert my bitcoins to local currency to make purchases.

Why look for an opportunity to spend a bitcoin network if there are difficulties with this. It does not make it easier to sell bitcoin or invest bitcoin for interest and receive real profit of money that you could spend anywhere and for any needs.

So it really is. I do not have any options. We have to sell or swap bitcoin on the real currency and then have to spend money on their own needs. But it all depends on our government and the legalization of bitcoin.

Not rare, its a service that will make you pay extra fees and will require some balance, there are already companies providing bitcoin debit card which you can use anywhere as i know i dont own one of them, and not interested, paying some fees to use bitcoin can be a good way to spend our bitcoins but i do like the potencial of bitcoin soo i dont consider the best moment to spend my bitcoin.

Bitcoin is not common in my country, so i can't buy any daily necessities with it. I used my bitcoin mostly on exchanger. The other thing i used bitcoin for are buying some steam games. Even with that not many stores accept bitcoin. Right now i don't see many reason to spend bitcoin because of the fluctuates of the price.

I can not use bitcoin to pay for daily expenses, the reason is very simple, the State prohibits bitcoin, and now my country to take a lot of policies to suppress bitcoin,. I can only bitcoin as an investment product, if the use of bitcoins, then I have to be converted into a common currency.

Yes in most of the countries, people have to convert their money in fiat currencies in order to spend it as there are very few or almost no merchants are accepting bitcoin as a payment method. I see a very optimistic picture in next 5 years as services like bitpay are helping merchants to accept bitcoin by proving necessary technological support and more and more merchants are showing interest in such service.
