This has been suggested many times but yet most gambling sites do still offer such faucet.This is the fastest way on hooking up a potential gambler or customer to the site and talking about abusers it cant be avoided because no matter how a gambling site would get rid of it,they wont be completely to be stopped on abusing the system but I have seen most gambling sites do have solutions to these abusers.If you are banned because of such act then don't bother for them to resolve you account.

It does not matter how much you have wagered and how much you have deposited, as long as you are suspected for abusing their faucet then they have the right to lock/ban your account or prohibit you to claim the faucet again.
You are also talking about loyalty, yes one of the main purpose of the faucet is to give a bonus for players while they do not have enough funds to play but it should not be abused.
Lets wait for Baryom, he knows how to deal with your issue and if there is nothing wrong with your account (false accusation) then you will allowed to use the faucet again.

There was someone who somehow got some weird virus and even in the correct domain name it was forwarded to some other DNS.

Basically the cache was cleared from his browser and so it looked like his HTTPS was new and the browser didn't suspect anything suspicious.

Hence you need to pay attention if you are getting wrong passwords when you shouldn't or if it asks you for 2fa twice instead of once.

I don't know about your issues but I never get any of these viruses issues so far.

Anyway, all my online account before depositing money I will secure with 2fa. My PC is secured with antivirus and my account is secured with 2fa so I'm not much worried.
