Yes, you have really huge wagered and I admit that but you shouls really consider about abusing the faucet. Lets say you are an average people to deposit more than 3 btc but why you still claiming the faucet? This is ridiculous to think that you are out of your money so you keep on claiming the faucet

It does not matter how much you have wagered and how much you have deposited, as long as you are suspected for abusing their faucet then they have the right to lock/ban your account or prohibit you to claim the faucet again.
You are also talking about loyalty, yes one of the main purpose of the faucet is to give a bonus for players while they do not have enough funds to play but it should not be abused.
Lets wait for Baryom, he knows how to deal with your issue and if there is nothing wrong with your account (false accusation) then you will allowed to use the faucet again.

No need to wager a lot of money but as long as you don't overuse their free money then they may not block you. But always try to play with free money then they have right to block such users because they are here to do a profitable business not for giving away free money.

Why do you use your friends account? When you do that and switch back and forth between accounts you get flagged because many sites forbid using more than 1 account.

I don't know about your issues but I never get any of these viruses issues so far.

Anyway, all my online account before depositing money I will secure with 2fa. My PC is secured with antivirus and my account is secured with 2fa so I'm not much worried.

I believe it is an automatic system then I guess the issue was on your email provider or your Internet connection so there was a delay, login verification email always instant within few minutes only (1-2) as per my experience. Unless Baryom confirm that there was a glitch on the system, it must be an issue on user's end. But great to see you can login again.
