Baseball is a sport thats played in the early afternoon and the evening eastern/central standard time in the North American timezone.
So you will have to adjust to those if you want to see the specials when they are available.

I know. Didn't take a screenshot but what I meant was, there WAS a special available, it just wasn't showing. When they're not (and I do check them a lot), there simply isn't a category appearing, or it was Event Unavailable.

This one was active, the category/market was there, but the actual selection wasn't loading. Pretty common Sportsbet book problem really, markets showing up but selections not. Was just curious to see what they were. My BoSox went from almost-there last season to almost-shit this one. Ha. They've been doing really well last 10 games though, who knows, they turn things around late.

While checking the latest promotions of today did see these MLB specials and lately have been putting some baseball matches in my acca.

@buwaytress It seems these promotions are time based so they only show up at a certain time of that specific day you select from the list which can be viewed here:

I see specials lit up today, been a while since I managed to catch one, and it's for MLB, but it simply won't load for me (the headline shows, not the actual special to bet on).

Last time that happened to me I gave up and then it proceeded to win so I'm taking this as a sign heh heh.

The 22' NBA Draft is next week (Thursday, 23rd), and i'm pretty positive we'll get a Multi-Master for that occasion.

You will do yourself a favor if you check some draft boards/mock drafts in advance, see the current trends, and how the best NBA prospects are being ranked atm. Even if you're not a basketball fan, it's probably more fun than betting/predicting and watching those idiotic and worthless UNL matches. Speaking of UNL, i'm glad it's over (for the time being), and i can't wait for the Norwegian football leagues to resume this weekend.  Grin

Yeah man, can't wait! I'd love for the World Cup to also get one special MM round.

I've done those things before though, not for NBA but for NFL and it didn't help me much at all. On the other hand, picking randomly or choosing the underdog consciously has helped in these weird picks.

UNL is absolutely 100% totally idiotic (I knew what you were referring to because you said idiotic and worthless). I did win ONE ticket, but not enough to cover losses from every other losing ticket.

The birthday celebrations for Sportsbet.io first year of Clubhouse radio was a success and many received their 1mbtc free bet just as the radio guys had said. I did, but just barely since there were alot who were there to reap the rewards on that giveaway.

They back on track for UEFA Nations league play for tomorrow so we'll see what happens then.
It never does disappoint as its just fun listening and interacting with the english fellows on the cast if only to learn about history of the beautiful game.

I can't imagine how it must have been for the radio guys to watch their national team get humiliated by Hungary. Guess they just had an off night, while their opponents had a magical one. I'm assuming they're all English these Radio host people right? I never seem to recognize their voices, I keep thinking one is the other but there are like 4 of them?

Anyway, internationals over for now, time to support Brazilian football!

I think Steve does deserve a raise with keeping us all active here on the forums!

Yeah pretty much with all those giveaway / contest thread in games & rounds as well as sponsoring alot league prediction and stuff. Also glad that few folks managed to meet up each other through Beers with Steve. Tons of good stuff lately but honestly nothing beats all those times when we had the regular Multimaster, still wishing this to come back though  Tongue

And a medal or something he can wear round his neck to mark him out like the true daddy cool he really is. Giving promotions and making contests is one thing, getting the right group of guys to help manage them on the forum, that's something else, and then to extend support to customers AND do meetups when he's surely got a crapload on his plate? I'd be pretty broken doing all that.

Multimaster I liked a lot too, but can totally understand why they took it away, shame though I still feel like there's unfinished business there as the only time I won had to share it with so many peeps haha.

Strangely, Soccer Blackjack is what got me juices going. I know it seemed terrible value at some point, but you pretty much got good wins by avoiding crap like Nations League heh

Yeah it was a great weekend in all sports!
I would imagine only if you did manage to select the right ones to win then it was good.
I didn't think Leclerc would fair too well in Baku from the past ones there and the way Ferrari have been having severe troubles with their engine as of late. Red bull certainly always does well on that track as Checo has always been a favorite to do his job and keep the rest of the pack behind them for Max to turn on the heat whenever he decides too.
But not in my wildest dreams did I ever think both Ferrari cars would be out of the race like that.
Tragic for them and great for Red Bull and Mercedes to take the lead back on the leaderboard.

So did anyone manage to tune in on the weekend for the birthday drops?

I popped in quickly but chat was down for me, didn't even place any bets either. Spain was nice to me but Portugal would have screwed me over, so I dodged a bullet, plus even LeClerc didn't do me any happiness in F1.

Miserable weekend but hope everyone managed to get something, Steve should get six cars for his work Wink

@leea: To be fair to Tether and altcoins, I don't think they're any less safe than each other to use. Terra/Luna/UST was a warning that alts really are as unproven as they appear to be, especially stablecoins, DAOs, etc. They're not the first to fail, mind you, just the biggest to fail -- people forget very quickly. Tether's probably a bit more mature and stronger, but they're also a lot less transparent and if they were to fail, even in parts, I think there will be many people affected. I don't intend to be one of them, but I'd happily accept stablecoins, I exchange them off right away, would be really unlucky to get caught with my pants down in the time between receiving and selling haha.

And yes, when I say crypto I actually still mean Bitcoin, maybe Ethereum. So I get what you mean. Everything else is... a different species really.

Also, the fights are as rd says -- about half day from now, that's smack prime time Southeast Asia since Sunday late morn/noon is when it's the busiest there Wink

I use Google, it shows your local time, bookmaker times are all right too but they sometimes insist to show the time on their server rather than local computer time.

Thanks for all the feedback and responses about USDT everyone, yes it is also not my favorite crypto but for sure can understand why people want to use it and even like it, I guess it is still something 'weird' for me to use, I see it really as just a token rather than a real crypto and would never hold anything in it, Luna/Terra collapse among other stablecoin collapses does not do anything to help me feel more confident about it.

Anyway,,, guess who has no work tomorrow and staying up to watch some boring Nations League with tea and fried noodles outside with friends Wink

^ Europe definitely lives on different rules and yes I can as easily sell for euro tether etc at some exchanges:
- Local ones very bad rate when w/d euro and not instant.
- Binance no more SEPA so 1.5% fee and days. $30 is regular bank
- Bittrex same day but $25-35 fee for any bank.
- Bitpanda same day no fees but shit rate.
- P2P shittier by the day on LBC, on bisq and others pretty good but not guaranteed same day and yeah, ever since GDPR and AMLD5 it's a pain to find good rates/liquidity. Hate splitting up sells among several traders.

But p2p traders in southeast asia, which is how I am most easily able to liquidate, BTC is king. You can also do Tether but won't be a great rate.

Plus, all traders have a big spread that is still better rates than at any exchange so I still gain a significant amount more selling BTC for local currency then sending to myself euros. Of course an additional step of inconvenience but actually faster. I can sell BTC to SEA trader and remit back to myself with a similar Transferwise service all instant, literally in under a minute I can get it all and significantly more than if I sell it direct at an exchange.

Again, just my personal preference experience -- it's actually still a frigging PITA to not be N American or European trying to reside there and live on crypto but yeah anyway, I guess I'm also really Bitcoin-oriented. Have a Metamask for all the other networks but just still find it my second resort.

Sportsbet can send USDT on both ethereum and tron networks so fees should not be a problem. Send it over tron network and transactions are basically free. Would not want to keep my USDT on tron network for years but it is perfect for quick in/out transactions.

Probably should clarify, even if I use Tron (which I don't) I'd still have to find a way to convert it back into a currency I could sell easily.

I use BUSDT sometimes too (Binance Smart Chain USDT), but eventually I need to send it somewhere, and that's normally to Binance to convert to BTC or some other real crypto then I cough up the fee anyway.

So the fee's always something I've to pay at some point (whether on network or on exchange).

BTC I like because I pay a really small fee, and I sell immediately p2p, so I get virtually all the value back. Every other crypto kicks me in the shin -- blame my passport I guess heh.
That is strange, for a long time now people buying from actually prefer USDT or USDC. That way we agree on amount and don't have to watch for volatility. Also all crypto exchanges and most cash machines in Croatia actually accept USDT over tron network.

I just have a hot wallet on my mob for it since it really comes handy often.

They mentioned it a few times during the duration of their last clubradio cast right before they went to break mentioning about putting in your picks for the free 4-3 promotion for the NBA finals for Wednesday night.
Just got to tune in to be update is all. Cheesy

Yeah thanks, do need to tune in more often, just pretty awkward timing. So I don't think I won anything, highest scoring quarter was 2nd and I picked 4th, and then Curry... apparently had a shitty game

Question: where on earth to find stats like how many 3 ptrs he had? Gave up after a while.

I did not even realize there was a Nations League 4-3free,,, but there is a new one up right now for the NBA match tomorrow Celtics vs Warriors. I went for mostly Celtics, and Curry to get 4+ 3 pointers since that guy seems to find a way all the time.

I have been building up USDT balance slowly over the months thanks to freebets, my mbtc balance is the one suffering a lot  Cheesy

Didn't see it either, and wouldn't have known about today's one if I didn't see your post so thank you =D

Annoying to see the "you must bet" message first when I've been losing daily bets on Nations League there already haha. I know, I know, it's just $10 but one might think last night's losing bets should count haha.

I have something like $30 USDT -- which if I take out and send back to someone else will probably cost me $30 in fees haha.

Think Trofo has the right idea about the fees when it comes sending those USDT winnings though.

Very good point Trofo!
Didn't realize it can run off of the tron network as well.
You just need to know how to send and not have it on the wrong network so to lose those coins.
Happened to me transferring a ETC send to a ETH address as they are similar.
Unfortunately they were lost. So you just need to know what you are doing I guess.

Just heard about polygon in the news for ethereum so this might also be an option so to cut down on those wickedly high gas fees when it comes to using that network.

Really good Clubtalk radio session with James back to announcing and Gav mentioned they will be casting this weekend starting on Saturday for the
Cup of Nations matches. So keep an eye out for that.
They covered the England vs Germany match which ended up giving out freebets to the first 20 who answered their question in the clubtalk chat intime.
1-1 draw isn't too bad considering nobody thought they would of even scored against this tough German squad put out there.

Noticed I had a 10UST free bet which was expiring today, so must of received it from the last Nations match they had on the 4-3-free. Although it didn't say I won anything on there. But did get 3 out of 4 correct.

That's nice of them Smiley

Didn't even realize they were still on actually I thought they finished with the Champions League game, or is this supposed to be the end of season wrap up because the NEW season starts already next month lol

It was a tough Germany squad it always is but apparently Grealish and the others only went more direct much later in the game (drawing the penalty as the result).
