We had an unfortunate red card in the Liverpool match, and Arsenal couldn't convert a single goal even though they're on the offense for the most part. Tongue

At least Newcastle and Forest pulled through for my two points, I didn't expect Aston Villa to crumble in those last ten minutes of the game and give up two quick goals.

I still need three correct picks to come out on top, and hopefully, the other home favorites can save us from this disastrous first half.

While looking at the odds yesterday Forest were the favorites but since then they have switched over to Villa's side.

So them winning against Manchester United for this EPL week isn't looking too great.

The only team that your can trust right now is Chelsea as they have been winning each and every match they have played in and out of International competition.
They simply don't care and will play anywhere whether that be in the UEFA or the EPL.
They just win! Grin

True, but it's now less discouraging with the smaller prizes so we don't have to spend an entire $20 again for the future rounds.

Well this was a surprise when I received my $10 prize from this past week's predictor competition:

For anyone who was on the fence of joining into this EPL predictor pool now there is no excuse as they have lowered the entry fee to only $10 and as we have discussed on here already they had given more prizes for lower places and had doubled the jackpot amount from $10k to $20k.

Joined in and was 30th to enter in and now it is at 47 players and there are 4 days left.

True, fatigue could settle in between some teams as they're on pace to play four games in the last two weeks, regardless i'm still going back for another round as we're getting the best of both worlds with the favored fixtures and the improved paytable.

Worse round for me thus far into this competition. Even with the first match being cancelled it voided anybody of getting a chance at the top prize since it showed 0/98 after the LFC match was postponed and even before the first match was fully played.

Ah well, this is how they choose to do these rounds with postponed and cancelled matches.
It is completely up to them on how it is handled and decided to just let it roll on with allowing for 9 matches instead of the 10 to be counted towards a prize.
I won't be getting one this round so it doesn't matter much to myself on how it is graded. Cheesy

Maybe there was a little hiccup while the games were live. In the previous rounds, I remember experiencing the same thing when I wanted to change my other picks a few minutes before and then failed because of that issue.

I'm glad I switched my draw to Brentford and ended up with 2 correct as they successfully extended their flawless home record while both Manchester teams did the unexpected. Tongue

The matches will only get harder tomorrow with all of them being favored on the road, but I hope I can land at least two or more assuming the West Ham match would be a freebie.
