Well that was unexpected.
There were quite alot of draws and the only one that chose as being a draw ended up in favor of West Ham.
That was the strangest first matchday we have seen in quite a while and I was unpleasantly surprised going 0 for 4 in my predictions. That was the worst outing I ever had since these predictor pools began at the start of the EPL season thus far.
No one got through to the next set of games that are scheduled for later on today.

From what I said above,
My results are ruined anyways so will just be doing these selections for today's matches as nothing to get at all type of picks.
So chose all the opposites I had before yesterday. Selected Wolves, Spurs and Everton to win today.

Let's see how many of those wild picks stick after today's matchday is done.

Well they are currently leading though and we all know Liverpool could be pretty brutal when they are behind so lets see if Liverpool could score. I personally need either Gakpo or Salah to score since I got a bet on those two

Anyway getting back on the EPL Predictor. There goes my 3 potential points. I had Manchester City, Fulham and Chelsea to win dang. I probably had draw on NFO - Liverpool, cant really recall but oh well as expected this was going to be a pretty bad round for me anyway

This thread was created so others would be able to converse and post their own betslips from Sportsbet.io and so to let others discuss about their own bets or rightfully so ask why they picked such selections.

Today we have matches in the Premier League (EPL) which usually do not happen so early in the week but are happening now due to the FA Cup matches over the past few days being played by teams in the EPL.

Now for the discussion part and defining function of the thread going forward:
Firstly I have a feeling that Nottingham Forest are going to beat the top of the premier league leaderboard team Liverpool today.
They have been on a very real roll that nobody not even the leaders of the Premier League can contest.
So I am sticking with my gut feeling and taking them @5.30x

Next we have Manchester City & Chelsea playing today.
I am going with both of them and the over 2.5 goals with a win on my EPL acca aswell.

The sole game which I think will be a levelled match is the last one we are going to discuss about -
West Ham versus Fulham

Here is the reason why:
These two teams are mid-level to me and always will be in the way they have been playing.
So the draw is evident to me here and there always seems to be atleast one draw during matchweek in the EPL.

It was a pretty good odds on Leipzig for sure but I didnt expect over 4.75 goals on EL Classico would be that low though. Dang bro you are getting good money from all those bets. Perhaps you should start your own betting thread like buwaytress and share whatever bet you got for the day 


Sportsbet just launched another one on 18th and Its over 160 players that have submitted for tomorrow matchday. It seems most players are still enthusiast on joining the predictor eventhough the prizepool was lowered to $10k already



Submitted mine and I think I could be getting lower than 5 correct prediction this round, mixing in some underdog prediction in between

It was 3.55x odds for the cup game in Spain. Had Leipzig over 2.5 goals @3.00x hit on my acca today too.
So it was just one of those days that these international football teams wanted to score alot of goals.

EPL matches do start on Tuesday due to this FA Cup and all those teams from the league participating in their regions.

There is also tennis to bet on with the Australian Open starting the tournament day one yesterday. Which was actually the day before because the time zone is around this different from North America.

What was the odds for this? Didnt bet any on this game, glad that I didnt had any time to because I was playing poker before the game lol otherwise my toxic self would bet under 2.5 goals for sure lol. I was kinda expecting this game to end with a 1-1 draw though as this is only cup games

Just watching the Spanish Super Cup match between Barcelona vs Real Madrid and it seemed that the game was over by halftime with Barca being up 4-1.
They scored within the first 5 minutes of the second half.

And just watching another twist in this game with the goalkeeper taking down Mbappe and he was sent off with a red card.

Had the over 4.75 goals which was the most you could bet on with the market I was using so that was done before this second half began.

Now with this Red card to Barcelona and without their main goalkeeper will see where it goes now.

Yeah it was pretty easy actually, iirc most of the predictions was about women football so yeah majority of the favourites always ended up winning as the odds suggested so Im pretty sure alot of people would have gotten atleast 7/10 for sure


Well actually in my case, I got 1 that 1 wrong prediction on the 2nd or 3rd game so yeah I got it pretty early which doesnt really suprised me at all even when I got 9/10 in the end. Imagine if someone guess 9 correctly then got 1 wrong prediction on the very last game, that would have really hurt for sure

It wasnt the current EPL Predictor. It was the olympic predictor(?) I think, I cant really recall which one. I had abit of issue with this as well and although the prize was written $500 cash, it was actually a $500 free bet with 1x turnover. I Pmed Slissy to ask about this before because he had won $500 on olympic predictor as well.

All good though, managed to turn it into $800 or something, cant really recall again. This was probably the closes that I've got on predictor

Thought you came close by landing an 8 back in November.

So I wasn't the only one to come close to that elusive $10,000 cash prize (as of now instead of just USDT-Tether) which has been delisted from EU cryptocurrency exchanges which began at the start of the new year.

Well actually I would still play if they even charge $50 as long as they reduce the point requirement to get your buy-in back  .


Both underdog ended up winning their games. Newcastle and Tottenham would have made a solid odds with parlay for sure.


I've been imagining myself several times on hitting the jackpot but so far Im not even close to that. Well actually I hit 9/10 once and so far not even close to that yet so yeah as long as Im making decent amount of profit of this predictor every round then I guess I fine with it.

This Predictor Pool we are discussing is not having correct scores like Bet Free 6-6 which is not available to view after checking while entering in my selections for the EPL.
These ones have always been just predicting which side will win these fore seeable matches during their matchweek.

In mentioning these matches, the next scheduled one is on the 14th, so plenty of time to enter into the EPL Predictor Pool. Was the 80th one to enter earlier in the week so expect this time to have over 190+ players.

Well i think nobody goes with this Totenham in a game against Liverpool. It was one of the worst Spurs in a long time against one of the strongest Liverpool. COngratulations for anyone who take this risk.

As for the second point made, no not really. The less amount wouldn't make much of a difference compared to when the last time I paid in bitcoin for the $20 entry fee. Losing less than a dollar does not mean much to me.
But from when @ralle14 said he received $16 instead of the $20 back in litecoin due to the swing in market price did seem like tax being paid.

Can not believe that Liverpool lost to Tottenham. They were 4.60x last I looked at Hot Spurs odds right before the match.

So that means that Newcastle United will face off against a manageable opponent this weekend rather than the champions of last years EFL Cup instead.

Dang, that means you could be receiving less then what you actually win if bitcoin pump on weekend if you hit 5/10 but knowing how well you've done for the last several rounds, I think you are going to score atleast 6/10 so even if bitcoin pump then you should be receiving bit more than expected though

Still plenty of days for the round to start so Im going to take my time deciding after the cup games

Well it was $20k for a few weeks last month but as @ralle14 had mentioned it reverted back to $10k in the middle of the round last week.

What is even more surprising is what Newcastle United did yesterday during their match against Arsenal in the EFL Cup match.
They were nearly 5x odds to win the match against the favorites yesterday.
