Sri Lanka, Netherlands, Ireland and Zimbabwe secured the remaining spots in the Super 12, but I don't think any of them are capable of winning the cup.

Sikander Raza is the only reason why Zimbabwe won today's match. What an all-rounder this guy is, he not only contributes through bat but also through the ball. If he is not playing then Zimbabwe wouldn't win a single match.

It was so heartbreaking to see Namibia failing to qualify for the Super-12. They played so hard in their first match to defeat Sri Lanka. But then they lost two consecutive matches against two of the weaker sides (Netherlands and the UAE). And in both cases, the loss was primarily due to poor captaincy. They persisted with out of form batsmen in the top and middle order, rather than sending in form batsmen such as David Wiese. In the end, Wiese didn't got enough time out there to score runs, and he ran out of partners.

I couldn't make a bet on time but anyway I don't think I'd have put much odds on Sri Lanka who were the favorites anyway vs Netherlands, and in the end they were looking like winners all the time, welcome to the Super 12!

Sri Lanka is through to the Super-12 stage, with their win over Netherlands. Now the big question is which one will be the second team from Group A to qualify. The United Arab Emirates has got a good start against Namibia, and in case they manage to win today, then Netherlands will qualify. If Namibia wins, they will go through the Super-12 phase along with Sri Lanka. So far, everything looks subdued, with the United Arab Emirates batsmen paying very cautiously. Very important match for Namibia. If they fail to qualify, then it will have a negative impact in terms of funding.
