I dont think so, afaik there are many other player has more than 10btc withdrawal on this site but they never said that they have been asked to submit their documents. Big players like ndnh, xinzark and HR_S*** who dominating the leaderboard promotions never complained about document submission. I believe at least one of them has made a withdrawal over 10btc.
I never made a withdrawal of 10 or more btc but I am 100% sure ndnh and HR_S*** did. And these are the players I know only with the leaderboards. May be there are more who don't participate in promos but bet big
I think that user was asked to submit their documents because of the suspect in using Sportsbet as a coin mixing service which is forbidden according to TOS. He deposited a big amount but played with a very little and only few rolls. May be this is the reason
Or may be there were any login or IP issues which made him to submit his/her documents for security reasons to verify if that is the real owner
Even primedice asks stuffs like your date of birth, IP address of last log in, signed message of last deposit address, ISP when they suspect something unnatural which is good for our own safety from Hackers
But yeah I don't see any gambling site asking for such documents. His deposit/withdraw was also less than 10 btc.
So i think SportsBet should answer why he/she was asked to submit documents before this issue becomes a mess
