Currently I am trying to place a bet on tennis event but its not working maintenance mode coming when you are going to set this waiting for update from you
The way the Sportsbet do their maintenance is worst i would say
They takes a lot of time to do even a simple page update
As far as i know they are only working on the promotions page and bringing the new promos online and to do that they kept their site down for 5 hours and still the update is not complete
Maybe they are doing some backed updates but
at least they should inform the users about the update a little earlier so we could finish up placing the bets. I was also about to but didn't because of the maintenance.They should also give an estimated time of the update, i know it might not take the exact time but can help us to estimate how long the update is going to be
sounds like an unprofessional to me , i guess they must know already about how to run a business professionally or they are not?. however i am not often to place bet here as my browser always laggy everytime open this site.
anybody get same problem as me? or it was just my old hardware? i don't know but i have no problem with another sites.
i face the same problem but i didnt give much attention.
then every second time that i get in the site, always same issue. its getting a bit annoying...
friend of mine have the problem with the maintance and he was so upset about it, that he quit from this site.
i just did the same and i dont bet again there.
these problems dont make the site unprofessional but not to deliver solutions for them, yes. its totally unprofessional.
i hope they fix these things because they already loose clients...
