Explain to me why a bet was cancelled 33 seconds after your system approved it was placed on a valid line.

Explain to me why I was given 1000 mBTC to compensate me for a 5607 mBTC loss. Explain to me why you're allowed to manually cancel wagers that long after a customer submits and is approved by the system.

Original bet was 3400 mBTC at -154 odds I believe, would have paid mBTC of 5607.

You really need to do the job as faster as you can since many people would get discourage if the error will take so long, so for people convenience i think you need to hire more work force so the job will easily been done, and taking so long maybe bad to your business since possibly your gamblers will go to another sports betting site and do the bets their since they are the one who is stable for now.

I made a bet. Confirmed. Green screen. Money out of account. Reloaded the page twice over about 30 seconds. Money was still out of the account, so I figured it was all good. I had made hundreds of bets in their live betting plat form before and that was my process. Went to another tab and another website and made some other wagers. Came back, check my game I bet, several positive things have happened and then I get the cancel notification alert. This would have alerted me on my tab immediately.

By Sportsbet.io's own admission, this cancellation came 33 seconds after the system processed it as a good wager on an active and open line. 33 seconds! Imagine how long that is. I'd argue it was longer, but I guess it's possible they had website issues or I had internet issues and it didn't alert me promptly.

But still, best case scenario, they get 33 seconds after a bet is approved to cancel it, while the customer gets 0 seconds to cancel something after it's approved. How can something be a proper live betting system when the accepter of the bet has such an unreasonable amount of time while the customer gets nothing?

I think there should be a very obvious reaction to what is the problem here. The real problem is that sportsbet.io is allowed to cancel wagers manually for extensive amount of times that their system processes as good wagers with an open line. This is obviously wrong. This is not how other books do it. This is fraudulent and theft.

Bitcoin Black Friday ran a signature campaign, and ended up scamming a bunch of people while the campaign was running. While they might not shut down their site (it's much easier to steal from whales I guess), they are scummy and shady.

The first thing is that they had just launched a signature campaign and to make their signature it cost them some budget. There is no way that they are shutting their site down after they paid someone to make their signature

Their system can be programmed to reject bets if the line is taken off the board, so why on god's green earth would they be allowed to cancel 33 seconds after that is done???

Would a rock solid company consistently lie about having the best odds to attract players? Would they take over 1.5 months to change it (best odds to best odds offerings), and than change it back after a bit? Would they reject wagers if they seem like they will win, 30 seconds after the bet was placed, and accept ones that are highly likely to lose? Would they get a bunch of tipsters and pay them to claim that they offer the best odds?
