consider adding more fees to withdraws, I had to wait 4 1/2 hrs today for confirmation because of such low fee 

How is no one else picking up on this?  

They have 32+ seconds to cancel a wager, you have 0. Where's the equitability there?


What's worse is they know they scammed me but are so strapped for cash that they're hoping offering me less than 20% of the scam amount will satisfy me.

This book is a few weeks away from running away with funds based on their behavior. Unless of course they continue to make a killing scamming people with live bets they can cancel for several minutes.

Be careful with this book.

By their own admission, they waited 22 seconds after my bet was accepted and confirmed on my end to send back that it was rejected.

22 seconds!

That's not even just 22 seconds after I click submit on my wager. Because it takes 5-10 seconds to give a green confirmation message to the customer.

So here's the turn of events, by their claim.

1: Customer makes bet on live wager
2: Customer waits 5-10 seconds for a green confirmation if the wager is accepted by their system
3: Customer must wait an additional ____ amount of time for the ability for them to cancel this wager. By their claim it was 22 seconds. I believe it was much more like 3 minutes. But let's assume they're being honest about 22 seconds and there was some kind of internet error on my end (even though my internet was working)
4: By their own claim, the customer clicks a live wager and loses control of that wager for 32 seconds from the time they click, while sportsbet.io has 100% authority to cancel or accept the wager.

5: This is known as SHOT TAKING. There isn't a sport on the planet where there won't be massive amounts of situations where 32 seconds of game play would change the odds monumentally. And they will continually scamming customers and shitting on bets that are valid and then have something good happen on the next play or event, and processing through bets that go the other way.

AVOID THIS BOOK LIKE THE PLAGUE. By their own admission, they are scam artist shot taking cunts and I've been betting on online sportsbooks for 12 years now. This one is the most blatant with their scamming since betislands.

To do that I'd need a time stamp game and even if I show my case they're not going to bend on their ruling.


I don't know if the times of rejection they're saying is true even. My internet was working perfectly fine and I got rejections and the turns back 3-4 minutes after on the fort for sure.

I just don't get why no one is upset a live wager is accepted and held for 22 seconds where you have no ability to cancel but the sportsbooo has 100 percent control rights to cancel or confirm.

That is literally the definition of shot taking live betting. Accept a wager, process it through if the line moves for you and reject it if it's against.

I doubt that is going to happen.You should have read their terms and conditions.If I hooked up the correct links you should be knowing
 
Not a typical hockey better but if everything gets sorted out,you should receive your money within first week of november.Been on part of such promo here before,they actively refunded bets after the promo.

Can you refund the hockey bets immediately instead of waiting until November. I want to keep betting but if you are going to hold the promotional money then I won't have money to bet with.

It's not totally obvious from the outside looking in, to be fair. 

I was leaning towards you taking a shot at them when I saw the two scores immediately before and after HT.

They should be looking at what was happening in the game at the time the bet was placed and objectivly decide whether or not the bet was a reasonable.

If what you say is true about it being several minutes before halftime, and there were no other events in the game that happened within a minute or so leading up to the time you placed the bet, and the odds were reasonable and not an obvious mistake on their part, then they should honor the bet.

I suggest you do your best to reconstruct exactly which plays you made the bet between. Exactly how much you bet and at what odds And what happened in the few plays before and after/when it was cancelled (and make it easy to read)

Hi sportsbet, I was browsing through the promotions page and realised the cs:go promotion is no longer there. Could you give us an update on it- did it get postponed or cancelled?

Also, is anyone else alarmed that a bet was held for 22 seconds by their own admission? It was definitely at least 3 minutes but even by their lies, 22 seconds for a bet to be in limbo lol. They're admitting they're shot taking every live wager.

Just to clarify your question, I attempted this bet starting WELL before half. Like 5 minutes of game play and around 10 minutes of actual time.

I am obviously in the right, as 3 of their admin have admitted to me, but they must be desperately strapped for cash, because instead of making it right, they have only decided to give me 1000 mBTC as some kind of "promotion."

Kind of a slap in the face to be honest. Scammed me out of over 5000 mBTC and then give me 1000 mBTC to try and smooth things over. Also an admission of guilt. Oh well.

Why not start a same promotion for Epl/other leagues ?

This means that if you bet for example 50 mBTC on the match winner of the game (1 X or 2) you also have to put 50 mBTC on the winner. We refund up to 100 mBTC so you can also put 200 mBTC on both bets, but only 100 mBTC will be refunded in that case.

In case you get superlucky and win both bets, you win the money as usual and can withdraw the total winnings or keep on playing.

What does that mean? Place my bet exactly the same amount as correct score? i dont understand this though. So if you put lower than 0.1btc? You will refund it for sure? And if it higher than 0.1? You will refund it 0.1 or nothing at all? And if i predict the correct number i will get payment as usual right?

Yes, the refund is real money without a wagering requirement. In other words, when you receive the refund you can withdraw the money again.

Be sure to check our terms & conditions though, as you can make only one eligible refund bet and you have to place a single bet on the correct score as well as a single bet on the match winner of the same game.
