The players that haven't won anything are more likely to make more posts about not winning than the players that have. Then when they don't when a few more in a row, they think it should prove something. (it doesn't)
For example, there's around a 90% chance this person will have a streak of 10 losses in a row then post about it. Same chance as anyone to lose one drawing.

Obviously both that two account above is not really a shill account. I have done almost zero checking on both of those account and Im pretty sure poplolnman is not a shill and not everyone actually receive 0.05 or 0.1 btc because I have read it once that panjul07 has gotten 200 mbtc before and few other small prizes

Sportsbet.io doesn't use a betting system where if the odds change, your odds do. If you place it at 3.82, it stays 3.82 unless something happened like an error being made, where it would count as won @1. If a 3.82 dropped to 1.1, then something is probably off. You should win by 3.82. The draw option is available because the market "Match Winner" refers to the game itself, not the penalties. If the game ends as a draw after FT/OT, a draw bet is won. The market "To Qualify" refers to who will make it to the next round.

For example Germany v Italy match. Lets say I place my bet on Italy with 3.82 odds. Will my bet affect from the odds change? IF the odds reduced to 1.10, will I earn by 1.10 or 3.82 ?

Also teams CANNOT draw in Euro 2016, one of them must win to advance to semi final, so why there is odds for draw?

Some people has the luck to win everything while some dont. Its life, learn to accept it as no one can wins forever. I have been participating the raffle since day 1 and I have only won twice , its not much compared to the other but still worth it.
