Got the same email as well however do you think this is the best solution? If the raffle is another for tomorrow's raffle then we should be given chance to get two tickets for the day. Ok I am new to sportsbet.io and I noticed that you have that lottery promotion going on. Is this promotion fully automatic? I don't have to submit anything manually?

1. We are updating leaderboard manually few times per day, next update should be tomorrow morning. So you can easily make bets, all results will be counted in leaderboard.

2. Withdrawals are not instant, it takes few minutes to check history of bets from our security department. Average waiting time is 1-3 minutes.

3. Maximum bet depends on type of bet and market. You can try to bet any amount and if system won't take it, you will receive a notification about it and of course automatically money back.

4. Regarding today's raffle, let me please arrange it tomorrow morning. We will find best possible solution and inform everyone who were involved.

According to my experience the withdrawal's are not instant. They needs to be manually approved before processing

And its a bit Strange to see no update from Sportsbet till now. But I have noticed that the Raffle system got an improvement. Now the tickets are rewarded to users making bets instantly which is very good
And the leaderboard isnt updating. I am ready to make some big bets to grab a spot on top 5 but not while leaderboard is having problems
Hope to see a solution to that problem soon as there aren't much matches Left

Mine was that probably or I dont know really does this mean the bets needs to be settled to receive a ticket or that you will receive it even when it is still unsettled however going through their live chat support is useless, I was told that they will comeback to me tomorrow by email , well cant helped it because it is sunday and not everyone is working currently
