I think he is right here, and that they do not run a self moderated topic shows that they have noting to hide or push away. And regarding the accusation, there are always people who complain, and always customers who are lucky and happy. Only thing is that the lucky customers will not post here, since why would they share their winnings? There is no reason for them to write on the forum. Did you tried to reach out to them with your registered E-mail address? If you contacted them with another E-mail address, then they should have the right to ignore you. Basically it can be anybody writing from another E-mail address then. This is an important first step trying to solve the case. Now Sportsbet indicates you used another E-mail address for contacting them.

Okay, that explains why I got an error when I tried it yesterday and that's why I asked. I initially thought that it was just a UI/UX error and not related to how the bet builder feature works. Thank you. I would keep that in mind before using it next time.  It's a cool feature, but I would prefer the option to add multiple bet builders to a one multi betslip.


I missed out on the previous freebet rounds but I'm definitely not missing out on this weekends free bet.  So I'm just waiting for tomorrow since there will be more games ~ Seria A, LaLiga and some Carabao Cup clashes.

You can't combine the bet builder with other matches if you try to combine them on the betslip by switching on the multi tab you'll get an error message.

To suggest that we do not work with the customer from the start is just plain wrong and incorrect.

We have been working with this particular customer for a long period of time, not only on this matter.

In regards to the above 'post', the customer has already leaked information about our contact with them.This is NOT just a basic matter about a Tennis bet.

Please re-read our response and draw your own conclusions.

The Customer has quoted one or our many responses back to them: "Please note that as your activity on these mentioned and other past accounts is still under investigation in regards to providing falsified verification documents and illegal access of user accounts we are unable to release any funds to you at the current time"

One other hurdle is that we are unable to verify the account ownership as the claimant is allegedly unable to contact us from his registered email instead using another.

Furthermore, I'm disappointed in the customer's attitude towards you guys and this well-respected forum.. The customer didn't even take the time to start a conversation correctly or respectfully.
The customer chose just a quick, shabby COPY and PASTE job with bits and pieces from another trust platform that they have complained about us on already. (www.trustpilot.com)

Needless to say, not all the information provided to you by the customer is in full display. Once you have read that initial post from the customer in question, you will understand fully why the information was left out.

As with many sectors of the Bitcoin space, we take player privacy, information and security very seriously. Due to the nature of the situation at hand (as you have read yourself) I won't be spreading anymore information on the matter until the case is closed. I will then issue a summary in due course.

Never tried this option. I know I have tried sometimes to place specials together with normal bets and the betslip works out,,, it only gives you error if you try to play bets from the same game (including if special is from the same game).

The reaction from Eden Hazard is not from somebody who is neutral. He is not giving his opnion, it is just a post with to much goodwill to sportsbet.
That must be based on something. Edenhazard, why are you so loyal to sportsbet? Your message does not make any sense. You are referring to their tac, while others have complained about this.
I think Steve could have avoid all these accusation bu communicating with the customer. Or is Steve also the representative on the forum here, and not outside the forum?

From what I can read is that site has solved most cases. That is positive. It would have been more positive if it would not come so far. People have the right to write their case here. Sometimes there are false accusations, but some users really have their right t post their problem here. Your reaction has a much of aggression in it. What is your interest why you write it that way?

It might be better to wait untill they pay out and then update the topic. now they are getting a negative name while they maybe should not deserve it. but for me its easy to talk since i am not the one whos bitcoins are at risk. ony thing that bothers me what i read is that they refuse to answer to the customer in question here. that should be done better

Deposits are almost always immediately or at least normally spoken within the next block if there is enough fee. It is understandable that payouts are not manual. Suppose you win 20 Bitcoins, then it is an expensive joke for them to have it paid out automatically. Of course they would rather slow things down and keep your money with them, in the hope that you will still gamble it. But I agree that there have been a lot of complaints recently about this bookmaker. Very unfortunate, because if you can sponsor English clubs, you also have enough money to pay customers. But then it has to be done of course.

I agree with you, so I always see TOS is always at the center of the problem (many accounts or using the site while citizens of prohibited countries), what I always ask myself is:

Why do they let people deposit money and it is only time to withdraw the money and they think about doing research? why not return the person's money as soon as the person makes a deposit if they know that the person has many accounts? I can't understand this part!

Guys, it may take some time before everything is verified and approved. If they write to you that the decision is permamently, then it would be a different story. Only thing you can do now is wait for an update from their side. That they do not process any withdrawal right now, does not mean they will not process it at all. But I understand it is frustrated, it is a decent amount you won.

Sportsbet, the last time many people complain in this topic about your site. You should avoid that these people will complain here, and just make sure cases are solved before they even have the chance to exist. It is really disappointing to see and read how many people have complaint here the last period. Please work at your reputation. It does not make any sense to sponsor Arsenal and other teams, and then have problems for such small amounts.
