For those who don't know, I work for Sportsbet.io and we have been on this Bitcointalk forum space for 4+ years. I come and visit the page regularly and address as many situations as possible, but It's only a part of my job role at Sportsbet.io as we have other things to do.
This is Bitcointalk's thread is ran by the customers..
We DO NOT self-moderate. I choose to keep it that way. Sportsbet.io is fair, open, and willing for customers to share all their opinions and views. We welcome healthy debate and will take positive and negative critisism onboard.
To keep this thread from being self-isolated, I trust that all users keep an open and honest mind.. We are going to encounter some bumps along the way.. legitimate bumps, and also some bumps from customers who may think they have cracked the system whether is be double spending, open markets, or what ever. We need to be open to all types of customer in these modern day ages.
We
always pay out fairly to genuine sportsbet.io customers and cases. We fully review all other cases, including the one listed above in a regular manner.
To suggest that we do not work with the customer from the start is just plain wrong and incorrect.
We have been working with this particular customer for a long period of time,
not only on this matter.In regards to the above 'post', the customer has already leaked information about our contact with them.
This is NOT just a basic matter about a Tennis bet.
Please re-read our response and draw your own conclusions.
The Customer has quoted one or our many responses back to them:
"Please note that as your activity on these mentioned and other past accounts is still under investigation in regards to providing falsified verification documents and illegal access of user accounts we are unable to release any funds to you at the current time"One other hurdle is that we are unable to verify the account ownership as
the claimant is allegedly unable to contact us from his registered email instead using another. Furthermore,
I'm disappointed in the customer's attitude towards you guys and this well-respected forum.. The customer didn't even take the time to start a conversation correctly or respectfully.
The customer chose just a quick, shabby COPY and PASTE job with bits and pieces from another trust platform that they have complained about us on already. (

Needless to say, not all the information provided to you by the customer is in full display. Once you have read that initial post from the customer in question, you will understand fully why the information was left out.
As with many sectors of the Bitcoin space,
we take player privacy, information and security very seriously. Due to the nature of the situation at hand (as you have read yourself) I won't be spreading anymore information on the matter until the case is closed. I will then issue a summary in due course.

Since September 28 no answer and no letter from sportsbet.io They dont let withdrawal money and ignore all emails.
