Why is Sportsbet.io voiding bets after game has ended?

Have already sent email to your customer support email, yet received no answer. Hope i will an answer here. Voiding bets after the game has ended is not fair. Especially when you had 24h from the time bets were placed to void the bets (even though that would be unacceptable as well, yet, what you did now is pure theft)

Markets are regularly voided across all sportsbooks around the world for a number of reasons outside our control and have absolutely ZERO to do with stealing, but I'm not sure why on this occasion. Ill try to get to the bottom of it.

I am well aware the reasons a bet would be voided. Have placed same bets in more bookies and all bookies paid fine except sportsbet.io
Al Hilal had serious issues in that game with covid etc, odds collapsed for home win, yet this is not reason for void bets especially after game ended.

i can imagine in certain circumstances they are allowed to void a bet for example if the wrong odds are displayed or if a users is trying to exploit something in the system. that would make sense i dont say you did this but i only say it can happen on the other hand i have to say its a bit weird they void if later a game and not before but if you placed the bet on live betting then things are not so easy to void before the match of course
Is this the first time this happens? You have to contact the Sportsbet team. I am sure they will have to find a solution. I think, seen your case, you have the right to get your winnings. Please share with us the progress and what the initial reason is why they decided to void the bet?
Yes this is the only game i had issues. Other than that all ok. Limit came fast but ok, it is their choice obviously.

This is definitely something that must be solved by sportsbet then. I also do not understand why Steve is posting flyers, instead of paying attention to your case.
Or has this case solved now? This really is something to be reckon with, because if they can void bets so easily, it can basically happen to anybody. We are waiting for a proper explanation from Steve.

This has been rectified, but we had to do our checks to get to the bottom of the reason itself to ensure it doesn't happen again. The user has been notified that we paid his owed winnings and we were happy to do so.
There is no need to be too paranoid here as im not a one man band and can't do everything in the space of a half a afternoon. Other departments, third parties and supervisors needed to get involved in the checks to work out what did/didn't happen and why.
In the meantime I posted a promo that is basically free money for the game tonight... This is a great opportunity to top up your funds on a Monday, rather than me trying to cover up a case that's was clearly in favor of the customer for $200..
Its all good and genuine customers come first always..
