I Place bet - it was tennis Marco Checchetto vs Kyle Edmund. It was ATP Rome match 2nd set. I place bet for 2nd Set winner Marco Checchetto, and i win. When i try withdrawal my money, they declined my withdrawal, ask send ID, then live upload documents, after that they try connect me with other users accounts and now 4 days nothing answer.

If company no get back answer in 24 hours, i will upload more proofs.

Great way to start using the new feature and its quite a decent wager on top of that.

This new betbuilder has a good potential especially when you bet on a game with a favourite team to win, put some over 2.5 goals or such bet on top of usual moneyline bet and you could get so much better odds

Phew what a Monday night match that was! Well done all of you who bet on the special (both to score and over 2.5). I personally thought we would get the clean sheet, and yes, Robbo gave away the goal (but redeemed himself) but Lacazette would have scored at least 1 goal if not for an outstanding Alisson. Especially when you had 24h from the time bets were placed to void the bets (even though that would be unacceptable as well, yet, what you did now is pure theft)

I am well aware the reasons a bet would be voided. Have placed same bets in more bookies and all bookies paid fine except sportsbet.io

Al Hilal had serious issues in that game with covid etc, odds collapsed for home win, yet this is not reason for void bets especially after game ended.

i can imagine in certain circumstances they are allowed to void a bet for example if the wrong odds are displayed or if a users is trying to exploit something in the system. that would make sense i dont say you did this but i only say it can happen on the other hand i have to say its a bit weird they void if later a game and not before but if you placed the bet on live betting then things are not so easy to void before the match of course

Bets were placed before the game took place, there were no live bets.

Agree with you that wrong odds can lead to void of bets. However, odds were set correctly for this game. Took same bet in many books and all paid fine.

What happened here is that Al Hilal had many problems so odds moved in favor of the other team. Nothing new. It is happenning everyday.

There are also providers who void bets as well, when they do that there is nothing sportsbet could do, plus if they wanted to steal all of your money all they have to do is tell people that you were a double sender and void all your bets and keep your money and since they are so trusted we would have all believed. This way not only they wouldn't pay you for your win but also keep all the money you deposited in your account as well.

But they didn't, why? Because they are not a scam website, they are totally reliable and good website that actually does everything right. If there was a problem with providers and they just had issue with covid that means maybe that game specifically had a problem so game was voided in this instance, other websites may have not done it, but that doesn't mean sportsbet.io have to follow what everyone else does, they can void a bet if they see something wrong with it.

I think both teams will score as I simply cannot see a derby like this one finishing 0 0 or without both to score. Arsenal in the last games was very hard to beat and same goes to Liverpool even if they got 3 goals from Leeds they are still the reign champions.

I won't go with a prediction from football but I will make on in NHL : Tampa wins tonight.
