Some little rant, quick and dirty... 
As much as I like sportsbet.io in general - that cashout feature sucks big time and that's been the case for months now... I mean, deactivate it if you can't figure out how to offer it appropiately. Yeah, I am very well aware that it's just a feature and nothing the customer can insist on - still, the main priority should be not pissing off customers with a feature that is not working the way it should.
I can relate to this as their cashouts can be the best thing if you can cashout in a perfect time. Recently the cash out feature have been unpredictable this wasn't the case back then as it always appears most of the time. Also the small icon on the left side of your bet can be misleading at times. As much as I like sportsbet.io in general - that cashout feature sucks big time and that's been the case for months now... Hi, my account yesterday were disabled. i were in game and just throw me out. When i try to login to my account its written : Your account is disabled - please contact support. ( i use username instead of email for login) so i forgot which email i were using as register with sportsbet.io - but chat to support about your problem u can just from ur registered email. ( support helped me here , i answered some security questions , and support reminded me my email. After i successfully logged in my mail and wrote my problems once again (from right email) , but support is quite all ready more than 24h 
i wrote many mails , cuz i have money on my account. Than i tried to email support from another email - and support answered in 10 minutes. How can it be? The thing is, i dont know why my account is disabled, i dont have any information. I have account around 3 years, never had any problems. Please help me solve this out.

It must be removed or being canceled for a reason or maybe there were many winners already since the promo started so it reached the max cap for the prize. Oh yeah, it's been super strict in Malaysia on the peninsula (12 states) and on the island across (2 states including mine) we have even different immigration policies, even closing down between districts between states. Police permits needed to travel, checks on all entry points by land and sea. Only last week they allowed 2-4 in a vehicle but must be from same family.
Intra-state travel was just relaxed this week, but police permits still required past curfew times.

Third selection was Slavia Mozyr Reserve vs Torpedo Zhodino Reserve over 1/1.5 HT with the big outsider seeing a red card in 14th minute and the favorites scoring first goal in 17th minute.
Guess what? The cashout feature never opened up, I refreshed like 100 times but it just wouldn't open and I am not talking about it not opening up right after the goal was scored...
That sucks, do something about it and please fix this guys!

After this they didn’t answer me anymore. 2 days left from they last letter.
