While I was placing a bet on the upcoming atp match with federer I had a problem with placing the bet.
Is the site experiencing slowness in responsiveness? Noticed this while trying do some live bets on nba games as well. The screen would turn blank while adding several games to a parlay betslip. Then I would need to shutdown the browser then reload the page so to try it again. But only several minutes later because if I tried right away it would just do it again repeating the reset.
Well for todays match for tennis I completed the bet but it wouldnt show the betslip under my bets or show the amount minus from the balance. I found this weird as I never had an issue like this with the bets being placed immediately after placing it.
Then had to shutdown the browser and reload again like before to see the betslip and balance taken off for the bet.
Very strange occurrence because I spend most of the btc I have on the site and want to know if this is just temporary.

Honestly I have used email support only a few times and it took from 12-48 hours to receive an answer from them, also depending on the time of the day when the email was sent. You probably already know that they have a live chat where you usually get a response in a few minutes at maximum.

Yes I can use the old version but tend to when I can not reach the normal site. It is very slow since I think it is just their backup portion of the site and not ment to handle high level amounts of traffic. Latency is probably the culprit having their server to it in a different location. Just so the people who follow this thread knows the reason why it is slow for them.

It even starts to say loading betslip at the top left corner of the screen then disappears. It did not do this before when it started the slowness/lag.
