Almost all bokies have the same rule. If the player retires, all bets are VOID, unless the bet is already settled.
Example: Williams - Blinkova. My bet = Total under 18.5 First set result = 6-4 and Blinkova retired. Bet = VOID

that's true but in sportsbet they void match winner as well in case of retirement even if one set was completed
but in pinnacle if a player retires after the first set the match winner bet will stand and the player who retired will be considered a loser
longrun both rules are fine and it shouldn't affect the results of punters , but some people prefer bets to stand if 1 set was completed

This is because our free bets expire after 48 hours and we want the customers to have as much time with an eligible free bet as possible over the weekend.
There is a note to your account to pay out the free bet this evening. there is no need to go back to live chat about this anymore.

Other sport that I don't play on sportsbet.io is also baseball, because pitchers are not indicated, because in other bookmakers, if the pitcher changes, all bets are void.

during a retirement, ALL REMAINING bets on the match are VOID and money returned back to the customer. No bets are cancelled.
Its only fair on all customers who have bet either side of the market to have their stake return.
this is a very fair and reasonable way to operate a sportbook.

The VOID in tennis I consider it just right in the first set, so I only play in bookmakers who have this rule.
I like playing on sportsbet.io and I wish I could bet on tennis too

If you are a Tennis punter, how many of the matches ( mathematically ) end up with a player retired? it must be very very low.. especially on clay and grass..
I wouldn't imagine anymore than 1-2 players per day would retire on a busy day, and if that was the case, that leaves plenty of finished matches..
Or are you betting on matches where there is an injury time out and putting bets on the fit player hoping for a retirement?

Do we have another promotion for Round 2 like the last round? I got only 3 out of 10 LOL however it's interesting and entertaining.
I missed out on round one, hopefully they repeat the offer in round two but I don’t think they will. It’d be really expensive for them if they do it every match round
