I think they are fixing this issue right now because when I load up the site I get a "doing maintenance" screen now. So hopefully when it comes back online we wont have this issue any longer.

The exact thing that you explained here also happens to me sometimes. It is surely not happening because of some match, it's either a problem from sportsbet or a problem from our browser. In my case the screen instantly turns black a few seconds later after I access the website and the same thing happens over and over again if I refresh the page so I can't use it anymore for a few hours. I don't believe the issue to be event related. We have been a bit patchy lately and apologies for that. When we iron out these issues, its going to be super sweet.

Best bet is head straight to our 24/7 Live chat and report the issue straight away and they can investigate. Our guys are in the office every single hour of the year and if they can't fix it, they know who to pass the issue on to.

IMO verification process is generally taking less than a week in many gambling sites. Did you send the quality pictures of your both ID and address verification?

Honestly I have used email support only a few times and it took from 12-48 hours to receive an answer from them, also depending on the time of the day when the email was sent. You probably already know that they have a live chat where you usually get a response in a few minutes at maximum.
