It does affect betting if you are doing them live cause the odds changes frequently once the match has begun and if you miss it by a second you loose those odds. That is what made me so upset about this challenge using the site in this current state.

Then I would need to shutdown the browser then reload the page so to try it again. But only several minutes later because if I tried right away it would just do it again repeating the reset.
Well for todays match for tennis I completed the bet but it wouldnt show the betslip under my bets or show the amount minus from the balance. I found this weird as I never had an issue like this with the bets being placed immediately after placing it.
Then had to shutdown the browser and reload again like before to see the betslip and balance taken off for the bet.

I don't believe the issue to be event related. We have been a bit patchy lately and apologies for that. When we iron out these issues, its going to be super sweet.
Best bet is head straight to our 24/7 Live chat and report the issue straight away and they can investigate. Our guys are in the office every single hour of the year and if they can't fix it, they know who to pass the issue on to.
