I think admin or global moderators will take this case of Zepher into consideration.

Admins don't intervene in the trust system unless it's trust spam or advertising in trust walls. To get Zepher's trust deleted/not shown by default, one would have to either hack into his account, or convince the DT1s to exclude Zepher so that they have a net exclusion on DT2.

Zepher gone away months ago, but Lutpin has still posted recent weeks. He has been less active than before, but still logged in and posted. I think Sportsbet.io can ask him change his neg feedbacks through PMs. For Zepher, why not ask admin to replace that feedback, or change it with a note that feedback edited by admin because Zepher gone and case solved already.

Most likely you had visited trust page of sportsbet.io, the case you have mentioned it has been solved already. Unfortunately both DT is inactive those have left negative feedback's. Zepher is no more ( Hope he is fine in haven), and Lutpin was inactive from long time. So I would like to say just avoid both negative feedback's.

sportsbet.io have 0 unsolved disputes or discrepancies. It’s 100% safe to gamble with them, I have been myself for years.

I know it, but feedback's left by Zepher and Lutpin is misleading other players. That's why I have left a feedback about this issue and describe that accusation has been resolved. I think this is the only solution now since both are inactive.

Yeah, thing is crypto is the improved version of currency as we know hence its only understandable that sportsbet is doing these new things to show people that they are the improved version of sportsbooks as well. I mean regular sportsbooks are so boring and so typically same with each other, only thing that could be different from one to another is just odds and nothing else is different between them. This way sporstbet is showing what could be done differently.

I just wish the payment processing is a bit quicker too, I know its regular times to wait this much but this is crypto and sportsbet is so different than other places except times, its very normal waiting period, I want it to be cut in half at least, even more so that we can say even the waiting time is very minimal instead of saying its normal waiting period.

Those negative feedbacks you see on their feedback page aren't updated. They used to have more negative feedbacks but most of them were removed after they gave his money back.

Also the user agreed to sportsbet's terms and conditions when he created the account and they even pointed it out why the winnings wasn't credited.

The Operator exercised its right to confiscate 6.5 BTC from the Clients account.

It doesn't have to be a pre live bet. If the match already started and you want to cash out you can still do so. I only said whenever because there are certain sports where cash out might not be available but if you're betting on the big leagues like the EPL, MLB and others that have live betting it's always avaialble to use.
