But from experience, what their support said is true you're not allowed to join those certain promotions if you can't see them on their promo page. I was also in the same situation before asking the same exact question when I noticed steve announced new promotions even asked for the full details so I could join but didn't receive any prizes from it.

They won't be crediting the free bets instantly. There's no specific time on when it'll be given out on some accounts but here's what posted under their terms on conditions for the fantastic four free bets.

I think the first matches are always the hardest, you never know how the teams roster shaping up and how they are actually building the new system or continue with the old one, some even changed the coaches and managers etc so it all ends up so different from last year.
