Apparently, they started asking out for KYC documents ,since when ? I find it hilarious how an unlicensed casino with multiple child scam sites has audacity to ask users for their personal documents ! And the worst part is, people are comfortable sharing it with them ? 
I liked the bitcoin gambling scenario back in 2016.I would rather jump off a cliff than share my documents with these scammers.

Now that I've calmed down, I'll say I don't think they do it intentionally. My guess is that it's a new feature/technology and they have an issue where it doesn't load properly with the new price as the price to verify if your internet is slower than expected at the present time.
Anyone is free to try it out for themselves. Hell, I've noticed a glitch in the player's favor before too as well, although it was only on a 5 mBTC bet and only netted me 2 mBTC.
The fact is, and I'd bet my life on this, is that cash back is in its infancy and they have glitches and mistakes and it seems their company policy for those glitches and mistakes is to bend the player over and fuck him in the ass.

I had a bet that offered me 163.70 mBTC to cash out of my bet, I hit submit, it asked me to confirm a second time on 163.70 mBTC, I hit submit and confirm again and it says CASH OUT SUCCESSFULL but it only gives me 100 mBTC. The website does not properly update and misleads you into cashing out of your bet with fake numbers than what it is actually going to process for. Then when you alert sportsbet.IO support of this glitch, they say sorry, go kick rocks. They are scamming!!!!! Do not play here under ANY condition.

i opened account yesterday and i deposited.
then i could not play because i used tor browser for registration (it does not say this is not allowed in terms only you cannot play if gambling in your country is illegal but in my country gambling is ok but i want still to be private).
then I COULD DEPOSIT without no problems but now i cannot play and also cannot withdraw my money. i dont even get error message i just cannot play and it loads so it looks like its fault on my computer but live chat tells me it is something else and i should email.
i asked tem on the live chat what this is about and they said that i should write a mail to theyre support and i did that.
i did not get answer on mail and asked again in live chat and then they said "i will get answer shortly". that was 3 hours ago and still no answer.
i dont understand if they dont like tor browser why i can still make account AND WHY I CAN DEPOSIT and then they keep my money.
i hope this is misunderstanding from their site but for me 1000$ is a lot of money and i dont understand why they let me deposit and now i canot do anything with it.

i am very scared because my 1000$ is STILL LOCKED on theyre site and i did send them my documents but i have to say this:
IT IS UNBELIAVABLE that a BTC sportsbook blocks accounts after deposit and asks for kyc. i have never expierencded this and i am not new to btc. if they dont like my account they can block me AND NOT LET ME DEPOSIT but i did nothing and they always wait after deposit to lock your account so they have your money first!!!!, i deposited and nothing worked no error message just i had to message them and ask what is happening and chat could not help me..... now they want kyc and i have to wait for days to get to my funds. this is not acceptable image you have lot of money on sportsbook and they lock your account and ask for kyc in the btc world....

Correct, did you not read my warning on page 161?The big deal with identifying yourself is that sportsbet never ask for KYC when you deposit and lost a ton of bitcoins, but reserve the right to ask for KYC in case of winnings in the hope to find a reason to deny the payout of winnings. Because if you are able to deposit and play anonymously, not everyone is able or willing to deliver KYC documents!
