This is shitty, My account got locked for no reason ( no money inside it anyway ). I was just going to give it a try and bet for spain as they have high chance to win. I tried contacted the support through livechat and asked why it was locked. I stated my email and guess what he keep insisting on asking my username  ( like WTF ) then he asked me to send an email to [email protected] .

I dont even know whats the purpose of the livechat if I need to send an email about it

Since there's no money inside, I wouldn't worry that much since there were other sportsbooks that would have taken your bet.
Hopefully, you didn't bet anyways since Spain lost  Wink  Funny how the gambling gods work sometimes.
If you really want access to your account, I would listen to support and send an email.

When did you change your promotion terms and conditions? They contradict each other:

Quote
Place a single pre-live on any market with odds greater than 1.50 on any World Cup match played that day (if you use your Price Boost to increase the odds above 1.50 you will not qualify for the spins)

That implies that you can use a price boost, if the original odds were greater than 1.50. I've used them for almost all of my bets, and got my free spins until yesterday, when I wasn't credited. (rip 14 free spins) Nevermind, just got the spins (or I got them earlier and didn't get the notification) Then, on the same page, in the terms and conditions, you state:

Quote
2. Bets made with free bets or Price Boost will not be eligible.

Please clarify your statement

guys they dont asked any KYC for me and im betting on site for last 2 years, placed bet with more than 2-3 btc trust me.

Can you clarify, this 2-3btc is your average amount per bet or just your total bet for 2 years? As per sportsbet's term, they will ask KYC for withdrawal above or equivalent to 1btc. If the 2-3btc is just your total bet amount so I believe they wont ask you for KYC as I also using this site for few years already but with small amount only. How much was your biggest withdrawal here?
According to them KYC if you withdraw more than €2300 what is currently 0.4 BTC!

Hi all,

Regarding the complaint of player ExcessTest:

sportsbet.io is a regulated online gambling provider which does not withold customers funds and processes hundreds of withdrawals of BTC in a week.

Regardless the nature of Bitcoin payments as a regulated operator we are obliged to ID verification, KYC and AML (anti-money laundering) procedures by the regulator at certain withdrawal levels.

We have stated this clearly in our Terms & Conditions page available here –
https://sportsbet.io/about/general-terms-and-conditions
3.3.3. Sportsbet reserve the right to carry out additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawals exceeding the equivalent of 10 Bitcoins or €2300 which ever is lower, and further reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of smaller withdrawals, as demanded by our gaming license. Account Holders who wish to recover funds held in a closed, locked or excluded account, are advised to contact Customer Support.

i withdrawl more than 0.4 btc and they never requested for kyc
It sometimes happen that they only ask for it when you "win" more than that.

Also can sportsbet clarify that what kind of document proofs does it require for the purpose of kyc? Will government issued cards be valid for ID and address verification? I am fine with doing my kyc, just need to know what documents are required.

Then they did not fulfil the obligation by their regulator (whoever this is?) and breached AML laws!

Can you show some proof of it? Not for me though I dont really care but atleast lets entertain some clown in here. I have a friend that regularly bet in this site as well, not as major as yours but ranging from 0.05-0.1 bet which is quite decent. Never heard from him that he had any problem regarding the site or the staff asking KYC
They got tagged because they did not release the winning amount, even i have deposited and played in this site because their new site is attractive but unfortunately lost most of the bets i made and so i cannot tell that whether they will not ask for KYC if i am winning big, the only doubt i have is that whether they will yet again reject the winning bet if i win big.

@panjul07 thanks for making it clear that they will ask for KYC if you are withdrawing big amounts.

Guys, sportsbet io its a scamming , they dont want aswered me to email but here they wrire contact our customer support at [email protected]

Since sportsbet is a bitcoin book it suppose to let you bet and withdraw without a verification.
When i saw their last offers i was wondering how they will "protect" their book without a verification process, there is no other way....

After all i read here i send them my docs today before i make any new deposits.

I have Brazil as a winner of WC, and I won a free bet. I used it for Serbia vs Switzerland. However it says potential win is 0.85 mBTC when I used a 1.5 mBTC bet for an odd 1.57 which should be 2.355 mBTC win or it doesn't work like that ?
it works correctly.. for a free bet the stake is counted as 0 you only get profit

Then they should have stated this when they told that I would have win 1.5 mBTC worth of free bets every time my Brazil won. I didn't see it in the time of placing the bet. Anyway it was a lost bet but now I learned that it sucks as a promotion. It should not count as 0 otherwise they would have to explain it when you select an outcome that this 1.5mBTC will count as 0 and will be used only to multiply the odd you choose to calculate the profit.
Well free bets are kinda like that on almost all the sites.
Be it nitrogen or sportsbet, in both of these the wagered amount is 0 and the amount you wij on a freebet is the only one that gets counted.

This can be very well seen on the my bets page when you go and open up a free bet, you can actually see what youll. win if you win this bet.

I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but I think this is clearly stated in their TOS.
Please don't shoot the messenger!

11. Winnings from wagers placed using a free bet are calculated as the ‘total returns less the amount staked (including the amount of the free bet staked)’. The value of your free bet is therefore not included in, nor cannot be withdrawn as part of, any winnings you make from your free bet.

And this has been the standard for handling free bets for like forever. What you get at the end is the total amount minus the stake.
