"however because of connection problems on the player’s end at that time, his decision was not processed. As a result, AUTO STAND was applied to the user’s hand."

Nope, i don't want to risk it. I'm afraid there will be a problem when i want to withdrawal. It's better to wait until sportsbet clarify here first.

And yes, i can open the site with VPN not with my original ip. If no answer from sportsbet then i'll back to nitrogensports i guess?

I am certain that they will not allow if you are entering from US and a message will pop up regarding that, but i am not sure about other countries who have those restrictions, but i would like to hear from them regarding that, even if you bye pass a countries internet restrictions, i am not talking about US restrictions but other countries, will they allow to gamble and will they dispute if they win big.

side note : If a country restricts fiat based gambling then we can understand, bitcoin is to break those restrictions and no government will follow those things unless you make payment using fiat currencies and if a site accepts that, then there is no issue.

Hello i have 2 issues on this day, where u mentioned site was slow and down..

 Been 5 days , both issues were not solved .. Been fed up with multiple live chats and emails..

Coming to the issue..

On April 2nd, late night i played bombay club blackjack for the stake of 20 mb..

 My hand is 9+2 = 11, best possible hand and i gave double down .. But nothing happened ..

I was made to stand and lose @ 11 .. I was robbed of 80 mb winnings..

 I just mentioned in chat and felt my winnings will be credited since i thought, sportsbet deals with fairplay..

and played 3 more hands there for 100-200 stakes, all lost and i lost 400 mb in 3 minutes in that table..

and in 1 week, i lost 4300 mb in that exact table ..

Almost every single blackjack hand of mine is a losing hand there ..

No rebate, no compensation , nothing .. Fine .. No problem ..

But atleast i expected the winnings on my double down bet, where i was robbed .. After multiple emails, they said, they will investigate and the investigation result reads as

You accepted I pressed DOUBLE DOWN ..

If i press double down, you should process it .. You acknowledged even the time @ which i pressed double down ? If u didnt process it, then how it will be my mistake ?

in addition, your site is too slow and down that late night and early morning .. You even accepted it here ..

Even after this issue, the next minute i played and lost hands worth 400 mb

2nd Issue, on April 3rd early morning, few hours after this issue, i placed tennis bets for 270 mb and immediately site got down ..

My most tennis bets are cash out bets..

 i cant access the site nor cashout, since sportsbet is too too slow @ that time

On quering it, again u accepted site got down at that time and offered me a compensation of just 10 mb for my 270 mb loss ..  

Again without making an issue, i accepted it ..

Forget it .. But i need a solution here .. been 5 days..

Any sportsbook which deals with fairplay, which is trustable, which is loyal to its clients, will credit this 80 mb

Just keep playing with VPN but you should stand for 1 country address. Im not sure there's could be account ban / need more verification for possibly account hacked or some. i thought there will be on safe way if you didn't clear history for deleting yours cookie.

I think due to your internet connection. I suggest you to open the site somewhere else just for testing. If the site opened properly then it would be your internet connection problem.Also try to clean your bower's cashes or cookies. yes I was able to get in.  But I believe it to be a technical issue on their end more then anything.

I don't face such problem, try to refresh the site, maybe it's just about the speed of your internet connection.
