So at the end I find myself at 0.00 € without my base money and without my earnings.

My hand is 9+2 = 11, best possible hand and i gave double down .. But nothing happened ..
I was made to stand and lose @ 11 .. I was robbed of 80 mb winnings..
I just mentioned in chat and felt my winnings will be credited since i thought, sportsbet deals with fairplay..
and played 3 more hands there for 100-200 stakes, all lost and i lost 400 mb in 3 minutes in that table..
and in 1 week, i lost 4300 mb in that exact table ..
Almost every single blackjack hand of mine is a losing hand there ..
No rebate, no compensation , nothing .. Fine .. No problem ..
But atleast i expected the winnings on my double down bet, where i was robbed .. After multiple emails, they said, they will investigate and the investigation result reads as

Please be advised this has been discussed on live chat and resolved. The hand was investigated by our provider Evolution gaming and this was the main part of their response;
"however because of connection problems on the player’s end at that time, his decision was not processed. As a result, AUTO STAND was applied to the user’s hand."

hi there, a weeks ago i joining sportbet promotion. and the reward is free bet, but 24 hour after i joining the promotions i didn't receive the reward.
i've been ask to CS but they say i'm not eligible for this promotion. does anyone have the same problem with me?
They do have strict guidelines to be awarded the free bets. Also from some of the promotions they run it changes from region to region so you need to be aware of this before you start betting expecting to receive a reward after the promotion period because if not then more then likely you were not eligible to receive it based on these restrictions.i've been ask to CS but they say i'm not eligible for this promotion. does anyone have the same problem with me?
