Augh. Always turning out to be a bad weekend for me to see my team lose. Yes it was a small margin and yes Casemiro had his red card so it showed just how close it was but if you saw the first 20 minutes and up to the first goal, you kind of felt like Barca were being bosses around by a weakened side.
Really wish we could have drawn but oh well. Next time.

You called it quite good. I really thought Barca should be a small favorite tonight and even bookies agreed with me. Real was missing a couple of players and they have CL matches to worry about but I guess that kind of problems simply don't really matter when you are playing against your biggest rivals Barca. If it was Huesca or something like that away from home I am sure Real would have looked much worse 
Maybe Real should play all super important games on their training stadium, after all you don't win against Liverpool and Barca in the same week very often.I had a bet on both to score so at least that one checked out ok.

I;m really hyped before tonight's El Clasico. I don't know why bookmakers are giving little advantage to Barca, I wouldn't call us as favorites. I put decent stake on Barca win, but I'm not confident that we will win tonight. And I think that loss for one of teams tonight doesn't means that they are eliminated from title race - gap still wouldn't be very big and there is plenty of games left. And offcourse, for Atletico, draw probably would be best score.

I have a longest strike without even result predicted correct, it is nine complete misses from last ten matches, was that just me, or results are a bit unexpected

Yeah, to both posts above haha. I'm actually just entering my picks because I'm still playing for prizes in the EPL pool. This one is just a formality, entering all picks almost randomly now but yeah, last night was a good game, I bet on Huesca on HT and FT and it wasn't a let down.
I am considering a big bet on Barca except odds look good value only for Real... Maybe a HT win for the away team is all that looks good right now, and my 7/1 parlay for a Liverpool win (when we were down 0-1) and Barca HT will be the result I'm rooting for.

Still 5 people who "forgot" to put in their picks but 4 of them are out of the reward places so I am thinking a case of loosing the interest as we are coming closer to the end if they don't feel like they can win anymore. There is quite big gap after me on 5th position.
yeah same thing happens in the epl pool...a few seem to forget that you if lady luck's on your side you could easily score 30 +pts in two matchweeks and then you're back in the race for the top spotsanyway, El Clasico! my prediction: a comfortable 2-0 for Zizou & the bois. A bit concerned about the Nacho-Militao duo, but the latter showed what he's made of against Pool the other day, granted, it was a weak liverpool, but hopefully he can deliver something similar today...IMO, whoever controls the midfield will win the game, that's how Madrid won the last Clasico, with a brilliant peformance from Tony-Luka-Carlos Henrique

I do want Barca to do well but I couldn't ignore Valladolid 22/1 odds at Fairlay, so a small bet for me there just for my customary "value" bet given how topsy-turvy the league's been plus this is a first game after internationals.

nevertheless, without red card, Valladolid would probably stay with a point
there is a game on Wednesday as well, Bask derby between Sociedad and Bilbao, and it will be interesting for sure, Sociedad is a bit of a favorite, but within derby anything can happen

About today's game, I feel confident about Barca win, wouldn't be surprised if it will be big. Now I think more about upcoming El Clasico next weekend, it will be one of crucial games this season. For Atletico draw probably would be the best score.

Sevilla win was widely unexpected in a pool
although, it should not be a surprise for Sevilla to win at home over Atletico, but that win is less for them, then it is for Barca and Real, Atletico is obviously down at the moment, and it will be hard for them to keep up and stay on top, although that is their only competition that counts till the season end
there are direct matches between Atletico, Barca and Real, but with this form, Atletico has to keep winning against lower position teams, for those matches to even matter in the end

actually, I like to look what is new, so I am not using watchlist, but trying to remember some topics that are interesting, like this one, it is not the best solution, but as you said, there is no perfect solution, either way you miss something
and the match was not actually that boring after all, seems that Huesca could end up staying in La Liga after first part of the season when they were already prepared for Segunda

Don't forget everyone tonight La Liga returns with one game Levante vs Huesca. I've put my bets and predictions into Superbru but all I'm hoping for is Barca to keep their form and Real to drop theirs. Which is why I hate the international breaks as they can have a bad effect on club performance and form.
