It's something understandable if Liverpool focus on Champions league now, title race is over for them. But if they will continue to perform like they're doing now, they are risking to end without spot in Champions league for next season.

From multiple angles that doesn't look like an offside play, and VAR is really messing things up every now and then, the essence of the VAR to start with is to reduce the wrong calls, but we're gradually getting more non-justifiable wrong calls now than we get without the so called advance technology. but then Bamford has got to be the most unlucky striker in the EPL, he's got more of these wrong calls.

I think the only time to bet on Liverpool or pick them in the pool is when they're playing away from Anfield... It's becoming rather scary to bet on them.

@kryptnick yeah If I were betting as a neutral (unfortunately am not) I'd be going against Liverpool for a while now, kind of like I've been going against Arsenal, Chelsea and City. Problem with City is even when they're in bad form, you regularly can find 10/1 odds against them but Liverpool continue to play as firm favourites without upsetting the bookmaker odds. I mean, Newcastle, Palace, Sheffield, you'd get 15/1 even 20/1 against City but lucky to get 10/1 against Liverpool.

@hilarious If they don't fix VAR implementation I don't know where we're going. Not much more can say about those vague lines that look marginal at best.

And urgh, Liverpool down to Everton now and a few close chances but nothing clearcut. Hendo injury not nice too. *shakes head*

Traoré's run was a great one and he deserved the goal though. Would have been a stormer had it gone in off the post with hitting Meslier. I can see that the majority picked Liverpool to win, but I'm not so sure about it. Had they not had a decent win in the CL this week I might have agreed with you, but I think they should be able to beat Everton but it could be a spicy match with a few goals. I can see a draw but it's not something I'd back. I think Liverpool are due a bounce back as well and Everton losing 2-0 at home to Fulham earlier this month doesn't give me much confidence in them but I'll be watching this game for sure.

West Ham have been around for a while, I've missed numerous points by pick their opponents this season, and that's solely because it took me quite a while to notice their performance.

Quite a number of tough matches to pick from, Tottenham vs West Ham and Arsenal vs Man City are at the pick of it, Man City have got a champions league next week while holding a significant 10 points lead at the top of the table.

I haven't been following the thread actively, can you tell me what consensus we have reached for deciding the winner for the max points in a round? Are we going to adjust rounds with more matches to 10? For example, will my score be considered as 19/1.2 = 15.83?

It doesn't really matter because there are no prizes this year for the highest overal round. Given that we get a $50 free bet every week I didn't think it was needed, but arallmuus is just keeping track of who has won them for fun I guess but he makes a note of the number of games in that round. Me too, in all honesty I’ve sucked all season. Disappointed in my performance but I still really enjoy it & it’s something to do on a weekend isn’t it, check for the results etc.
