City looks very good after the break and add to that the shear size of their bench, I am thinking they will kill rest of the season. Liverpool more than deserved their title and they have a really big lead but they have to secure the title soon. Otherwise City will get closer and closer and every next game will be more difficult.

Arsenal and Norwich look terrible and I will bet mostly against them for the time being. United & Wolves looked good to me and I will probably back them in the future matches. I am still undecided on Spurs and Chelsea.

Hey guys, don't forget that next round of fixtures starts today. Now we have so many fixtures every few days so it is maybe better to enter the scores for few weeks in advance and then tweak them as the games come near.

Yup...  I was expecting them to hold City at 2 - 0 by full time.  But no...

And with the Chelsea match next?  Totally not happy.  I hope Aguero could play or at least be on the bench.

Edit:  FJ gave me a 10 USD free bet.  I made a 6 game parlay.  Lol.

LCFC vs Brighton under 3.5, Spurs vs West Ham over 8.5 corners, NUFC vs Aston Villa home team double chance, Southampton vs Arsenal over 8.5 corners and City vs Chelsea over 8.5 corners at 7.02ish.

What do you guys think?

I'd stay well away from corners. Sometimes there's loads and other times there's hardly any. I used to put on a lot of the bets where it was like both teams to score, over 4.5 corners, a corner in each half and over x amount of cards etc and it was usually always the corners that let me down. Stopped doing them really unless there's a great offer and the corners aren't really more than 4.5. 9 is too much though.

^  Yup.  But we've seen Burnley surprise people before.  And they're undefeated for the last 7 matches.

Edit:  Goal Black Lives Matter!!!

Edit:  That Mahrez goal...  Too good.  2 - 0.  I could've won that 8 game parlay if not for losing the under 8.5 corners with LFC vs Everton.

Edit:  3 - 0 right now.

Jeez, Burnley are crap. First two goals were top class; I thought the VAR penalty was harsh. Pep won’t be happy about Aguero hobbling off, looked like a hamstring injury?

EDIT - just seen the news - ‘ White Lives Matter Burnley ‘ - banner flown over the stadium last night - Total Dickheads !!!
Burnley 'ashamed and embarrassed' by banner flown above Etihad Stadium during Man City game https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/53145201

Lol. What's wrong with that? Personally I think we should be keeping politics out of football, but if they are doing things like BLM then players and fans should be able to support what they want. I remember a while ago UEFA condemned fans showing the Palestinian flag to deeming it to be an “illicit banner”. I'm not sure how a country's flag is illicit but I know they'd never allow an Arab Lives Matter banner despite mass human rights abuses going on in Palestine by Israel, but they'd never dare do that so I'm not sure how they choose what to show support to. Some Qatari players in 2017 were fined for wearing t shirts that were deemed to breach the rules against political statements and Granit Xhaka and Xherdan Shaqiri were also fined in the World Cup for making "hand gestures with political overtones" so I'm not sure why the rules have changed, or is it only political statements that UEFA agrees with? But that's why I think they should stay out of this stuff. Either let fans and players show support to whatever they want or don't force them to take part in things en masse.

I don't even think players should be wearing the poppy for Remembrance day during matches. It's kind of meaningless when it's something that is forced upon people, especially when they don't give a shit about whatever they're meant to be showing support for. I mean, how many players are wearing the BLM shirts when they're actually racist? Kinda defeats the point and I don't like all this bending over to political pressure from those who screech the loudest. I can guarantee you that other groups will start screeching that they want their logos or catchphrases on the back of shirts at some point and the PL will probably cave to that and then it's a slippery slope.
Agreee with a lot of what you’re saying and totally agree that  politics and sport should be completely apart - but unfortunately they often go hand in hand - just look at the history of The Olympics .
I presume  the EPL has done this to show the world they are against racism and are showing other countries which England play against that racism won’t be tolerated ! Racism always appears to be an insignificant issue to FIFA and they constantly hand out paltry fines to clubs and countries .
In a nutshell - flying that banner was just stoking fires and I stand by my statement - dickheads.
Every fan has been waiting eagerly for the EPL to start again and this sort of thing takes the shine off sadly .

Anyone gone for anything other than home wins on both the games today? I don't think Spurs and Leicester should have too much trouble at home against West Ham and Brighton. I suppose the only possible issues is them both fighting relegation.

Yep, gotta go for 2 home wins !
The  games will be coming so quick and fast now - more variables are coming into the picks !
I think as the weeks go by, teams with more strength and depth in their squad are really going to shine - like Man City !! The use of substitutes is going to be really crucial and we’ll see the quality managers, who can utilise the extra substitutes gain an extra tactical advantage .

12 minutes gone & 0-0 at the Etihad, fully expecting City to win this comfortably. Burnley won’t be able to contain City for too long.

I expected them to win comfortably but not by 4 or 5. I predicted 2-0 on the pool but was thinking of going with 3-0. A friend said it would be 5 or 6-0 so I asked if he wanted to take the 4-6 City goals and I take 1-3. I regret that now haha. I don't think Burnley are a bad team really and didn't expect them to get turned over, though I didn't watch this game so don't know how they played.

Well 1 point is in da house for sure and my handicap ticket should end in a positive way Smiley
Good game today for City, they can score even more, we’ll see
After break Manchester City is in very good shape as they have two games 8 goals and 2 clean sheets look like they are going to be very harsh for many teams in coming days.

Man City 4 - 0 and still 40 more minutes to go. It seems we are going to see more goals from City. Right now they are at the top.

Man City should win comfortably tonight. Anyone gone for anything other than a home win? Wouldn't be surprised if it was a 100% home win prediction.

Yup! Same feeling here
I’m going with 3:0 on the pool

And will play a ticket with handicap-1
In our pool 4 - 0 3 - 0 and 2 - 0 all are nearly equal mean we mostly feeling today Manchester City can win very easily but its soccer something fishy also can happen Cheesy Grin

Not gonna lie, this one has put a significant dent in my wallet. I managed to cover part of the loses live betting later on but it hurt anyway. Well it is what it is, today is a new day and opportunity to cash big Smiley This time next year we'll be millionaires as Del used to say.

Put a big one on one sportsbook (all my remaining balance haha) on a single, and lost 2 other parlays (it was the last leg too) so yeah, a huge dent in mine too. Haha.

You guys just bet on Liverpool to win? I mentioned before it's far too risky betting on games right now as it's far too predictable and many teams are still shaky.

Had Liverpool at over 8.5 corners as part of my 8 game parlay.  I just couldn't think of a reason how the match could have only 6.  And Everton got just one corner.  Lawl.

Yeah! City squad is fit and firing. If Aguero starts then I am expecting 5+ goals. Gabriel is shit and has to upgrade his casual play. When you are playing in the front line which has talent like Sterling, Mahrez, Ageuro, Silva, Sane then you have to play at A+ level or else you will be benched by someone 10 years older than you.

Aguero may be getting little old but I don't know many players who could complain with any merit if they get benched because of him. If you had to chose best striker in the last 5 years in the league, he would be my number one without doubt. If you were a coach and you could pick a player from the whole league to get a good chance in the match, again I would chose Aguero without even thinking about others. Every time I see him on the bench I am wondering if Pep has lost it.

Surprised nobody backed Everton to win, and only two picked the draw including me.
You and webtricks got massive luck in fact I wonder how did you do that. Picking a draw when Liverpool is playing is really hard. I was even F wording to webtricks LOL, taking it back by the way.

Well, when was the last time Liverpool won an away game? 15th Feb I guess. Since then, Liverpool have lost 4 away games. So it was not that impossible to imagine Liverpool losing or drawing this one. Also Everton is not Aston Villa or Norwich, Everton is Everton and now with Ancelotti on the back, it was never easy go for Liverpool.

In the City match I am expecting high score. I gone with 4 - 0 for City.

Just check the pool 1 Draw 1 Burnly win and 23 for Manchester City win just 6 members not done any pick until now after watching Arsenal match its look like easy win for City is on card.

I'm really surprised someone went with the Burnley win. Pretty surprised with the draw though to to be honest, but you never know.

Personally I just saw it as one of those games that was potentially going to be really close. Then add to the fact that it's the first game back in three months and it's a scouse derby, and give the home advantage to Liverpool. You win some and you lose some though as I didn't do that great on all the others.
