Gone for 1-0 on the United game and it's that score at halftime. Hopefully they can hold out but I think there will be more goals.

The fake crowd noise is much better in this game. Even the cheers when they scored seemed to be much more natural than the other matches.

After long break I am trying to login in my account on www.superbru.com but they are not allowing me to login and I am fail to place my predictions feeling this first season is already end for me hopefully now I will be in for next season and try to part of this fun and enjoyment.

Contact support. Surely you can reset your account via email or something.

Same thing happened in La Liga and it was the same story when the Bundesliga resumed...Expect similar performance once the full PL matchweek kicks off (:

I can't really say I followed anyone else except for Liverpool on IG (I actually am not even active but once a week or so I see everything haha and they really look like they've been keeping limber and fit the whole lockdown period) but I suspect the top teams haven't been slacking off on fitness so yeah after a week anyway, with games coming thick and fast, we'll see a return to average.

@toke lols about troncoinz, yeah Werner's transfer won me that sidebet, I knew it was coming but I thought it'd be a lot more difficult, good guys Chelski. Tell you what, I like double or nothing so don't pay me yet, let's do an early sidebet for next season eh? Or put it to next season's pot.

Spurs for me tonight, btw. I know they're raving about Fernandez and Pogba finally pairing up but Kane and Son will show them who's boss.

Wait...  What?  Is Werner to Chelski already a done deal?  Haven't been reading a lot in depth about anything in sports except the UFC.

And no double or nothing for me, thanks.  I can show you a list of all my bets I've recently done with you guys and I think I won just one of them.  Lolol.  Cheesy

What do you think guys? The good teams are good, and the shit teams are shit. I didn't notice much difference in fitness, other than some players looking cramped up around 70th min or so, but speed wise everyone looked as sharp as regular early season.

Don't agree that score should be changed. Ref decision is final and that's football hallowed ground. Mistakes happen and the ref is usually right. This was a tech failure and a lesson to be learnt. We'll go bonkers if we can change the score after the fact.

Yeah. You can't turn it off on dazn. Seemed a bit weird at first but it's probably better than nothing really. I prefer it just as background noise rather than them turning the chanting up when there's something happening. That's what makes it sound fake or bad.  Just have it as a constant thing just to drown out the silence.

It's not bad on Bundesliga, because the sounds aren't always manipulated like you say and the timing's good when they do manipulate it. The stream I had had a half-second delay or so on reactions, and they overdid it. Like almost every interception had the crowd gasping when there really wasn't a need to, like thos overexcited commentators I grew up listening to for whom every attempt brought them to frenzy -- but the half second delay was a tad annoying. I know, I'm whining, what else can I do =p It wasn't an issue for the City-Arsenal game though.

The sound was better on the City match. I would prefer it as a consistent thing just like as background noise. Doing fake crowd noises and oohs and ahhs when there's a near miss or goal seems a bit weird.

anyone here mind sharing their Spurs - Man Utd predictions? i'm expecting either a red devils win or a draw, both teams have been so inconsistant this season, but I think manchester have the edge on this one.

10-0 to Manchester  Grin. Probably not a good idea for people to give their picks out before the game, unless they lie to throw you off Grin. I think these games are far too difficult to predict right now given they're the first matches back from a big break so anything can happen so it's probably best not to listen to others picks. Just go with your own reasoning. I think there could be a either a lot of bore draws maybe even with goalless games or matches with loads of goals. Too hard to say but we'll find out soon enough.

Made my pics for those two matches today
Norwich - Southampton, I’m taking a draw here, for the second match I’m giving a little advantage to Man. United in this away game against Tottenham

A single bet on Man. United @2.55 is the one that I will risk today

United has a bit more depth overall, but I think Spurs have a more balanced first 11 and do have home advantage - it still counts for something.

Yeah, the empty stadium is a big home advantage for Tottenham.  Cheesy Cheesy
If I understand correctly, both team can be complete. All players are ready to play, no injuries. Still, I think, United have more chances and seemed more compact. United has been played very well against top teams, also they always play well after the break.

^  I parlayed the under 3.5 for the Norwich vs Southampton game and double chance on Man United at 2.08ish.

Yup...  City looked better than I expected tbh.  A couple of players went out early but still good overall.

And you know..  I thought I was gonna hate the match with no crowd.  But I don't mind it after seeing it.  And no I didn't watch the Bundesliga or any live football before the City game.

Oh...  And I already paid DeathAngel his Troncoinz.  You're next.  Lolol.  Grin

It is a tough one to predict, both teams have had trouble with any sort of consistency throughout the season.

I'm favoring Tottenham, but under 2,5 goals might be a bet with good value.

Before the break I would agree that United has an edge. Now I am not so sure. Spurs have got most of their players back including Kane and the time to reset the form. Mourinho likes to play reactive football and this new conditions (lack of match fitness, 5 subs, no supporters) will suit him perfectly.

I am expecting much better Spurs now. When I say better I am talking only about results, not about actual level or beauty in their game Smiley

What a performance by Luiz yesterday Cheesy
Man, David Luiz makes it really hard for everyone, even fans, to not go at him on social media after his bad performances over and over again  :/ twitter was on fire yesterday roasting the poor guy, although some comments were just nasty and straight up mean.

Just dropping in to say I’m really goad we’re back. It’s a bit creepy with no fans, the fake crowd noise is weird too.
It’s better than nothing though so happy we’re back.

I don’t think I’ve seen a less inspiring game as the Villa vs Sheff U match, terrible game to get everything started, made worse by that awful goal line decision cock up. That goal could cost Sheff U a CL spot by the end of the season. City did what City do, what was David Luiz up to? Grin

Looking forward to the next game already Smiley

This blunder could have been avoided so easily. The goal was scored in the 42nd minute, and it is a clear goal - no doubt about it.

I don't understand why they did not start the 2nd half with a 1-0 score for Sheffield. The refs must have known that it was a goal during the halftime.

You can't really change the score at half time. Things need to be done in play. I'm sure they'll learn from this and consult VAR next time but I hope they don't do it every time a player claims it happened because I've seen that plenty of times when it didn't go over the line.

Valid point. I guess the problem is that they have a goal line technology and the refs got exact instruction to trust it 100%. There should be a level of common sense used in these situations but goal line technology really worked reliable from the moment it was introduced so probably didn't even think about the situation.  I don't know if they have grounds to change result at the half time and nobody likes to make decions like that on their own. Why take responsibility if he was covered by the tech? I can understand his point of the view as well.

VAR should have been used or stepped in at least. Maybe the ref was overly reliant on the technology but it seems to have been pretty efficient previously until then. I don't blame him for not listening to the players either because I've lost count of how many times players have gone to the ref and lied claiming the ball had gone over when it hasn't and they usually just correctly point to their watches to dismiss the claims and the ref probably thought no different this time.

Is it safe to say this was a fix match that was meant to end in a draw because that's how I see this scenario. It's very disappointing when we were all anticipating the resumption of the league and they welcome us with such unprofessionalism.

Fix lol. Come on. The tech obviously just failed for whatever reason. It's never going to work 100% of the time.

I think they should have the ground since I have watch matches that had penalty awarded after the break of first half that had the foul committed before the first half break, lol (no joke here).
