Me, I rarely, almost never complain about a game. But last night, even before the PGMOL apology, I was telling my kid watching I haven't seen an error like that since... well, years. But I loved the way we played.
Klopp's teams don't get red cards... don't think we've ever had more than one in a season since he took over but now we have... 4? One rescinded, one unlucky, but anyway, if we play like that with 10 or 9 men, teams better be very afraid.
Unfair goal chalked off, unlucky red, unlucky own goal. This hopefully purges our bad luck.

Well I see losing like another 7 positions this week and I am in a consistent losing mode during the recent weeks but I am not worried at all.The reason is that I see a lot of other people not doing well either in the pool and the fact that only 8 points distance from 37th place to 10th place says a lot about these standings so far.
Regarding yesterday games it was the week with the biggest surprises in Premier League as both Manchester teams lost their games with Manchester City being the biggest surprise and felt sorry for Liverpool for that late additional time goal despite them holding well with 2 red cards.

How is it that ref and var both make wrong call? This smells like Spanish scandal.
it was quite a ridiculous call. VAR did not even draw a line and it was obvious even to the naked eye that Luis Diaz was onside. They have released a statement admitting an error, but this is the exact reason why VAR was introduced in the first place.But I want to point out, Liverpool red card seemed wrong. Nobody thinks so? Ball turns the foot, obvious.
In the actual play, it does not look bad, but when you watch the replay and it is slowed down to a freeze at the point of impact, then it looks nasty.A yellow could have sufficed, but i can see why the ref changed it to red. It was a very dangerous challenge and with a bit more power can severely injure the tackled player.
So many talking points from the match, but worse off was Tottenham's performance; playing at home against 10 men for 45 minutes and then 9 men for the final 20 minutes, you should really be winning that game more convincingly than they did. Liverpool were amazing.

Referees are being criticized in Turkey every year and the referees in our country can really make quite bad decisions. However this year I haven't seen anyone as bad as the referees in the Premier League anywhere. The goal that wasn't given to Liverpool was a very big scandal. On the first week of the league there was a penalty which wasn't given to Wolves in the last minute.I have always defended V.A.R however there is no meaning in using this system if this much obvious mistakes will be made.

Maybe cause they very well would struggle. Tottenham are very tough opponents to play against for any team in the league and they are playing at home so Liverpool does not have the advantage of the Anfield noise to spur them on. This is also Liverpool's first real test of the season, so we get to see if they can perform under that pressure. Will we see another match like Castle vs Liverpool?
Tottenham has already played against 2 of the 4 teams that qualified for the UEFA champions league last season and are yet to lose a game. Although we can all agree that United are still struggling to find their feet.
That match can swing either way.

Spurs currently getting goals at 3 times their expected rate while we're slightly underperforming on xG so I'm very happy there.
Interesting, really positive stat for us, that is. They can’t continue to be that clinical.

I think we look so, so much better this season. The pressing & hunger to win the ball back has returned. The whole club is emanating positivity. Szobo is unreal, just like a young Gerrard. Mac Allister has more technical ability in his little toes than Henderson, Milner and Fabinho had combined.
Things are looking good, let’s take it one game at a time but I’m loving the early days of Klopp 2.0
Massive game tomorrow, to win there would send a real message that we’re back. Will not be easy, Spurs have started well but we can beat them. No Kane to play against, Son is a real pain though.

Szoboszlai's one was my favorite. That guy is a machine, I'm so thrilled we got him.
He's everything you need from a modern football's centre mid and he clicked with the team instantly.
You can see how often do they look for him, even in crowded areas. He'll improve our offensive game immensely.

For Liverpool, we start with the hole, and then bail the water out as we put our sails up.
The high expectation is part of what makes up the perceived problem of letting in tons of goals.If I was in an opposition team, I will really be scared of this Liverpool team, cause not only do they come back from dire situations, they know how to kill of the game once they go ahead.
I will like to see how they handle a game after going ahead first, cause I will expect them to be very dominant in that situation.

Conceding 5 goals in the league after 6 games is not exactly 'leaking goals'. Liverpool have conceded the second least amount of goals [5] just behind City with 3 and they have kept one clean sheet this season. I think what makes it look bad is that Liverpool have been going down first and needed to come back from behind in almost all the games they have played this season. It has a different feel when you are cruising to victory by 3 goals and the other team get a consolation goal and when you go down first.
It is looking scary how good Liverpool's results have been and how much they have to improve to become better. They just might edge Arsenal and return as the main title contenders.

Fair enough. I guess I'm just talking in relative terms of high expectations. Like you said it's just jarring to always concede first. By that comparison, it feels like we're leaking, which spurs us into action. As you say, going up 3 goals and then allowing one is more like sailing, reaching the destination and then your hull cracks.

I was thinking at the beginning of the season that Liverpool would finish the league ahead of Arsenal. And I think they are playing quite good now. My only worry is that Liverpool's defense looks really problematic. It might not always be possible to make up for simple mistakes made in defense.

Was there anyone with more than 60 points after 6 games below 20th place last season? No, I believe everyone else outperformed last season, as the leading player has already reached 70 points after only 6 games. I have 62 points yet am still in 20th place. I don't think I got anything close to this marl after 6 games last season, and I was still higher than 20th.

Liverpool aint good and they are struggling again in the second season. I think they will need to do much better while Arsenal needs to win small games if they want to try and compete for the title. Well you guys maybe are off a couple of points but this can change really fast with a couple of good rounds.

Maybe your team should learn to keep the back closed, conceding and coming back from defeat after defeat is not a good sign and it's just a matter of time till the luck runs out.
And BTW the only time you met a big club Enzo ride on your midfield and didn't cum for the whole 90mins and you guys got lucky as usual.

Tough game for us away at Spurs on Saturday, I think we’ll see how serious Klopp 2.0 can be taken this season as title contenders in the next 2 weeks.
We have back to back away games against Spurs and then Brighton. If we can come out of those games with 4 points or more then we are back.

I think Liverpool showed great game yesterday in the EFL Cup and they turned things around in the second half very easily,while I think Tottenham is not difficult to beat based on Liverpool recent performance and then Brighton I don't consider at all,yesterday they were beaten by Chelsea which completely dominated the game against them in this cup game.I think they are having some high volatility in their results as they lost in Europa Conference League then won at Premier League game and yesterday they lost again so for Liverpool to win this should not be difficult at all,hopefully the odd is big and we make some nice money out of this game.
