I have just spent a while to figure out how this tends group stage works and what all the possible scenarios are, especially in the group with Alcaraz and Zverev as that is what will decide between me or Slissy getting the point. These group stages are kind of wild. Since there are ist just a single round robin match between the players of each group, there are sometimes quite some weird constellations possible. But I think for me it is clear that Alcaraz has to win.
I wonder whether the bookies get the odds right because Alcaraz isn't the strongest on hardcourt whereas I think it is Medvedev's strongest surface. But they still make Alcaraz the favorite. I thought the odds should be about equal. What do you guys think here?

Honestly our division frustrates me my win in round 2 has become absolutely meaningless and my hard fought win from last week will most likely become meaningless too...looks like that Danydee is the next who will leave.

We have Rikafip as the next one to leave, he played for 2 seasons without issues and then did not submit 3 rounds in a row.
It is hard to prepare for stuff like this in advance - you have Kanapka in Division 2 with 2 failed submissions so far for example.
We want you to know that we're tracking this, we don't like it as well because it leads to a poor experience and we won't allow it to spread into the following seasons.
We are already discussing a single Division 3 with 16 teams from next season, with only criteria to enter being the submission consistency.
The problem with Division 3 is that we have to be more lenient, SB of course wants more players and we can't stop submissions, so stuff like this happens without us being able to influence it much.
Anyway, we'll do something - just give us this season to properly analyze it.

Maybe it's just me who doesn't like how things are going in 3B and maybe it's me who should leave.
But a Division 3 reform would of course very welcomed from my side.
I personally would even pay a fee for Division 3 but I guess that's something not everyone would like if Division 3 comes with a entry fee.

I thought that Israel wouldn't be able to score a single goal therefore I decided to pick 0 goal to be scored by them in the pool. But they scored a goal in the last minutes. 
Thankfully my opponent also picked the same answer with me. Otherwise I might have been really regretful for not picking 1 goal instead.

I noticed that the spreadsheet's snooker question area is yellow. I hope we are not planning to cancel the question because Ronnie O'Sullivan was in the competition until yesterday morning and there was plenty of time for anyone who did research before entering answers to use the VAR. Israel losing 1-0 so far, I actually wanted to go with them not scoring. However, statistically from all angles it averaged to 1 goal so I went with that option.
Funnily enough - other than cricket, that's the only answer me and my opponent have the same. Considering I fucked up with tennis, I like it better that way. More wiggle room to catch up.

Very lucky for you in the end, hopefully it will remains this way, Israel have just restored parity against Switzerland, It's 1 apiece and the game is into stoppage time already, Israel have played so well, and not getting at least one goal here would have seemed an unfair result, it doesn't change anything between my opponent and myself though, we both have Israel to score to no goal in the game.

TBH, I am trying to always tag my opponent in the round on Monday, and usually on Tuesday as well

It's just 3 different answers between myself and my opponent, I can't categorically say I feel confident in the with the difference between our answers going my way, but the best edge I might have here is if Rune and Alcaraz don't make the semi-final and a Zverev and Sinner does, It's looking more likely for Sinner over Rude, but Zverev over Alcaraz is not guaranteed yet because, Alcaraz is currently 1 set ahead of Rublev and then 1 break up too in the second set, so it could be a 2-0 win for Alcaraz here.

I just checked the answers from buwaytress and me. Thankfully we have the same answer for the cricket question because I have no idea about the rules of that sport. The only thing I do know about cricket is that it's very popular sport in India.
And now the tennis question... We have almost the same answer. The only difference is that I chose Sinner and buwaytress chose Ruud to advance to the semi finals. But now that I checked the tournament, I don't see Ruud playing. Buwaytress, what's up with that? Now I just need Sinner to advance to the semi finals to get that point. And with two straight wins, he is on a good path to secure me a point

Guys I have an interesting question regarding our rules because maybe it becomes relevant one day and I think is not precisely defined or covered with the rules we have in place.
How would the game between Bulgaria and Hungary have been evaluated if it had become true that it doesn't take place because Bulgaria's stadium (that was originally planned as the venue) was a threat to human lives for technical reasons? In some articles it says that the game is about to be evaluated as 3-0 for Hungary. They now found an alternative venue, but what would have been the implications for our BSFL picks? As it was a high risk game, someone could argue that they took into account the game being high risk and therefore had a cancellation and a 3-0 for Hungary in the back of their minds, hence went with a -1.5 handicap win.

I'm very excited to play against the leader. After getting an easy win last week we are aware as a team that our job is very difficult this week. Because of the penalty we got in the 2nd round we aren't in the place we want in the standings now. I hope that we can manage to make our supporters happy by returning with at least 1 point from away this week.

goodpunt our group leader finally got to meet after a season long wait , and looking at submitted answers we have some similar submissions here which is quite interesting and unexpected
