I actually chose Wales/Croatia yes because I knew my opponent would go yes, but Armenia nicking the point no shock (mind you, it was an own goal so Armenia scored all the goals haha).

Lukaku, I was so sure would be the same pick, didn't expect slackovic to go all-in on Belgium... I'm a big Azero betting guy, but not against Belgium!

Alcaraz, man.

Thanks @Slissy and yes, this was quite a miserable round for you in terms of results, but let me tell you that I do prefer the BSFL thrill to last until Sunday.

Me too. And after weeks of settling things so early, I'm quite happy we have a showdown on Sunday. It's just more fun that way!

I'm going from bad to worse, nothing's going my way.
Well, at least Croatia will probably directly qualify for the Euros.

Alcaraz - Đoković starting soon, I feel whoever goes to the final is losing against Sinner tomorrow.

Sinner is in the form of his life but if Djokovic advances tonight then Sinner party is over ! No way Djokovic is losing to him back to back within few days.

I would agree on that but Djokovic game have dropped quite a lot from what it was 2-3 months ago, and with that massive crowd behind Jannik Sinner he might defeat Djokovic even at his prime.

That said, I would have preferred a Jannik Sinner vs Carlos Alcaraz for the finals, but it just have to be another day, with Djokovic already serving for the match with 2 break advantage.

...and with that massive crowd behind Jannik Sinner he might defeat Djokovic

This is what Djokovic often brings up as the thing that motivates him the most when he plays against is toughest contenders. I believe him, Djokovic is the kind of guy who turns negative sentiment into positive energy for him. Ronaldo is the same in football. It probably is something that sets all the world stars apart from others unless you are the one who is loved by everyone, like Federer, which can also give invaluable positive energy.

But I am not sure about Sinner. He is playing stunning tennis, but beating Alcaraz just like that also means that Djokovic isn't that bad in shape.

This could of course be a valid point and it depends on what the coach thinks about Lukaku. It could still be an option to let him play and let him score his goal or give him 60 minutes to keep him moving with the team. But at the same time a break could also make sense. I guess this is the biggest threat for those who went with Lukaku scoring a goal. Either a break or a very short play time for him.

Lukaku question is the only thing that separates me from winning this round so I really hope he will play and score at least a goal while Belgium demolishes Azerbaijan with 3 goals. I know it's a stretch but a man can dream Smiley

If I could change my answers rn, I’d still go with Lukaku not to score and Over 2.5 goals, simply because Belgium have already secured their place, and the coach explore other attacking options, while most of them would definitely try to make an impression to the coach, Lukaku aside from being very wasteful I don’t expect him to heavily involved in the match, and I don’t think he’s potential minimal contribution should deter Belgium from scoring up to 3 goals against Azerbaijan.

Why it made the most sense to me is that Lukaku is playing on four fronts current and at least 2 match every week, Azerbaijan sure would be like him having a training session according to his resumè, I mean no disrespect, because he’s the Haaland for AS Roma right now so, the coaches would over work him either, but I guess we’ll see though.

The tennis final before final is about to get underway between Alcaraz and Djokovic, this fixture have never been a boring one, and I don’t expect this to be one.

I said it!!!!

And that's how Argentina, Wales, and the Czech Republic all ended my unbeaten streak against a winless team. Taking points from the top teams and giving them to the midtable teams sounds like a Chelsea thing to me.

The worse of all is Sweden selling off their match to ruined my heavy payout ticket. Needed only 1 goal from those motherfukers.  Last international break was Croatia.

Let me have a quick nap and then put my answers afterwards. I hate international break questions

It make sense at some point but I really cant picture him out of the starting lineup especially when he is the top scorer for euro currently. He probably will play for like 60-70 minutes depending on how many goals that they have scored but atleast if Azerbaijan could hold him up to not score then that would do however Im sure Belgium would love to end the qualifications as group stage winner so there is probably some tiny chance that Lukaku would play for full 90 minutes but I guess I'll settle with under 2.5 goals for Belgium if possible to settle this round with a draw against @notblox1   Roll Eyes

You got your wish granted again!
Wales betrayed me and they could not win against Armenia, but I played double chance against them in Sportsbet and I am less pissed after winning a bet
I was sure they are going to win in second half, but both teams looked scared to open totally even if they needed a win in this match.
This is my worst performance in this season and wow it doesnt matter much for me what happens with Croatia and in all other matches. Sad
Chi20 is coming dangerously close in second place of Division 2!

Well glad that this is not my worst round ever. I had only gotten 1 point on the 2nd round so yeah getting 2 is doable  Roll Eyes. Now after reading back the question #9, I realized that I was dumb enough to pick over 2.5 goals but with Lukaku not on the score sheet. It just make no sense on my answer at all, I should have picked under 2.5 goals if I think he wont score

Well mv1986, I have been wearing Lukaku jersey right after I sent my BSFL answers for this week  Embarrassed

Take off that shirt right now because I need Lukaku not to score tomorrow ! lol

@leea-1334 and @jayce, I am out of the battle for the free bet as jayce got me covered with the remaining answers and he is 1 point ahead of me. There is now a draw between leea-1334 and jayce, but timing of submission now depends on Lukaku and the Belgium game.

@jayce did you already get your Lukaku jersey and the Belgium national flag out? Tongue

Oh well there goes another point for me because Poland failed to win  Smiley. Now I need either Wales or Croatia not to win tomorrow. This is my last chance to get a point because the final question between both of us would be on Belgium but there is a chance on this question for both of us to get a draw

Any good free tennis streaming platform? My source only stream selected fixtures.
I am watching on my local bookie supersport.hr. I don't think it will help you though since I believe they are geo fixed, if you want to go trough the hassle and install VPN that has Croatia and you manage to register. Let me know and I will happily sponsor your account with few EUR. You need to have balance to be able to watch the games but you don't have to bet on any of them. They are our best bookie but I stopped using them due to high taxes on winnings in Croatia. No way to beat the bookie when they take 5% of every stake and extra 10% of every win. And that is only for smallest amounts up 100EUR, after that it gets to 15-30%.

Man those taxes are crazy! There is literally zero taxes on our local bookies, I thought the ticket taxes were only in Ghana and Kenya.

I looked out the bookie, and it's literally in your native language, with no language options, but I was able to find my way through. If I can set it up, I'll let you know

Does cricket not go back and forth with whose turn it is? It is one team first and then the other? Or why was Australia such an overwhelming favorite when to someone who has no idea about the sport this looks like South Africa is way ahead?

teams chose in the beginning are they want to bat (other team throws, similar to baseball), on a coin toss, usually team that win coin toss, chose to bat
and South Africa was first to bat, and collect points, there is 50 rounds, and 6 throws in every round
first 8 rounds were as miserable as possible for South Africa (getting 10 points, which is 1,25 points per round), and it was known that they will lose at that point
afterwards they improved and reached 212 points (which is also low, 4,2 points per round), but they didn't had enough players to bat 50 rounds (you can see that they finished at 48.5, so 12 throws less than maximum)

Australia had easy target to reach 212, and they made it
from your pictures, on 130 Australia has 6,19 points per round (way more than 4,2 points that South Africa finished with) - 130/21 - so absolute favorites, and on second picture they have 5,35 points per round (not that much more, but it is close to end, and they needed 32 points from 17 rounds remaining (less than 2 points per round, which is as easy as it gets))
and they finished with 47.2 rounds, so didn't even need all 50 to win

Although we do have one very nice tax law concerning cryptos and that is if you hold your crypto > 12 months, whatever the gain is that you make afterwards when you sell is 0% tax.
Now we are going a bit of topic but hopefully nobody will mind. We have same law in Croatia, it is just 2 years and not 1. Only problem with that law is that it only helps you if you have somewhat clean transaction history. You need to be able to show that you are selling same BTC you bought 2 years ago, not so easy for most of us. For me that only works for small part of my portfolio, where I have BTC I bought in local company with receipt and everything and I left it on that same wallet all the time. Everything else is still sort of grey area and I am not sure how it would get handled.

Yes, I can feel that pain as the clean transaction history really is a thing if you are doing some little trading here, HODLing there, betting there, using a DEX, then a CEX, then a swap service etc... Very complicated and there is no software tool that could every cleanly grasp it. It is all excel-sheet work if it gets that complex.

Yes back to topic! Wink

So I made some screenshots because I figured I have no idea how cricket works. I only have them in German but those who understand cricket will also understand my screenshots (in contrast to me).

At the bottom of each screenshot are the odds who is going to win, or I think is more of a voting of people using that tool. The screenshots are in chronological order and as you can imagine, when I saw the result on the first screenshot, it says 212 - 130/3, making Australia a 94% favorite.

Does cricket not go back and forth with whose turn it is? It is one team first and then the other? Or why was Australia such an overwhelming favorite when to someone who has no idea about the sport this looks like South Africa is way ahead?
