Rooting for Italy (handball) tonight, rooting for Judd Trump (snooker) at the same time, and was just done rooting for Rune (tennis) to lose.
So far:
- Didn't expect Rune to make it so hard on himself, had to rely on several breaks just to get to the fifth set, and then somehow rallied to win that one outright. Boo to my hopeful LMS point. Thought that first set tiebreak loss killed him good, but maybe he's just pacing for the end. Hard to say without actually watching.
- Trump and Wilson made it to the semis so I'll definitely get one of them through, but I need Trump to actually win that question as my opponent has Wilson and Robertson.
- Italy, show Denmark they're not invincible!

After my early 2-0 lead, I thought that I finally might have an easy week, but now it's a draw.I still have the advantage on Denmark question and since Walker won his match last night, now I have a decent advantage on that question as well (hopefully he beats Trump in the semis so I don't have to wait for Trump to win the tournament).

If Sunderland draws or wins while scoring, I win both the bet and 3 points so I'll cheer for that one.
Sunderland missed 2 penalties in the last 10 minutes, what the hell? Both by the same guy.

Had high hopes for Selby here to get a point in snooker but it is what it is. Also miscalculated on Humbert matches, I thought 3 rounds will be all he plays and I have to hope he wins against Zverev. Will be though. Should probably still have enough to win the round since my opponent is even worse with 0 correct so far and we have a lot of same answers.
I think this time I made the same mistakes like you Snake Selby was my main pick to be in the final with Trump, but he was kicked out, and I didnt expect to see Humber playing against Zverev.
I just checked the odds on Sportsbet and Zverev is a huge favorite, but Humber defeated him one time few years ago, there is a small hope left.

But I think no one expected Danmark sorting out the goal difference in the first game, inlcuding the cro2 team.
Nope, bookies had them at -15,5 handicap or something close to that. I expected 10-12 GD in their first game and based the overalls on that one.

Btw, I read the other day that they haven't lost a game at handball world cup for the record 30 games in a row, with the last time being back in 2017 (they won the last 3 championships).

This information would have been golden if i know it from the start. I definetly did not think Denmark would lose any of the games but it would change my mind to put on 23+ option

I made a big mistake (due laziness ofc) when it comes to snooker question as I didn't actually check the draw so now my choices for final will potentiall meet in 1/2, if Kyren Wilson win shis match tonight. Luckily, one of my oponnent choices is already out so least I am getting from that question is a draw.
My opponent also had Kyren Wilson and Judd Trump, the most I can get from that question now is a draw but If Kyren Wilson should make it to the final, then I'll lost that question and possibly the entire too
It's all not looking good right now for me.

I knew they were the favourites but I didnt expect the GD would be that high. 23+ GD combined means over 8+ on each game on average so I thought that yeah picking 16-22 GD sees like the 'safer' bet which turns out to be the worst option lol
In many cases going for middle option has proved to be the right one, so I am not surprised that some (especially those that don't follow handball closely) went for it. Dang why didnt I read a fact like this before picking my answer lol. If only I had read this than its clear that picking combined GD of 23+ would definitely be an easy answer after all

You got it correctly.Denmark were great in their first two matches and now they the goal difference of +36. As you mentioned correctly, all you need to get point from question number 5 is Denmark wins their last group stage match against Italy.

Denmark is really cruising the handball tournament, currently the GD is 36. Italy will be playing against them next but I doubt Denmark is going to lose. I guess Im going to lose this point after all
With Mark Selby also out in the snooker question, it seems the handball is where I'd get my first point of the round after an horrendous start to the round, Denmark should be able to get an easy win because the odds for Italy is currently @ ~25.00 Odds, that would have been a good one to hedge, but there's no reason to do that since I'm seeking just my very first, If that goes my way, maybe I can still make it through the LMS hurdle, I'd just be need sloppy Man United and awful Tottenham to both win their games.
