Kind of a hail mary suggestion but what if we were able to get a third party dev to take a look at the problem? Russell of Sonic Coin recently had an issue with C-Cex and resolved it in more than a timely fashion. He is a high quality dev who knows his stuff and might be able to help...though I suggest this without his knowledge and without any certainty that he would agree to it...
Just grasping for possible solutions here since this is a strange situation and I wasn't expecting this coin to go this route...I'm hoping we can resolve it.
