I think this is turning into a witch hunt.
Sorry for that.

is there a database of signatures anywhere? I think that would be useful.
There's Ninjastic Space, which has a database of Bitcoin addresses. From there it links to the (archived) posts, which may or may not include a signed message.

Any chance you can sign a message from an old address to prove ownership?
Nevermind, would you like to tell why you have edited a valid bitcoin wallet id to a non-valid wallet id? Are you able to say the name of the gambling site and provide screenshot of that wallet id?
Change in password and email have indication that even account have been compromised. ...

While I appreciate the diligence, I think this is turning into a witch hunt.

A signature here is used by the current owner to prove that they are the same as the one who posted the signature. Unless there is a previous signature to check, I feel that any accusations here are off-topic. Start a scam accusation thread here if you really feel the need.

On another subject, is there a database of signatures anywhere? I think that would be useful. I might make one if not.

Change in password and email have indication that even account have been compromised. Usually users will reason the same as you when asked to sign a message to prove account ownership of one of the bitcoin addresses they've used, they argue they don't have access to a wallet because bla bla bla. That's a common reason why someone assumes you are not the original owner of this account.

I have a list of bitcoin addresses you used previously here before email and passwords changed, if you can sign a message from one of them then maybe we can think of something different about you.

I know that you may have doubts about what and why I changed it, of course it doesn't matter if you want to know why. I have tried deleting some of my previous post history including some app posts. I just want to try to change old habits for the better where quality improvement is what I hope for. This account has never been compromised by anyone, this is a true confession.

Actually I wanted to delete the post, but unfortunately I was in a hurry to do other activities and asked my sister to close the laptop with an account that was still online. I don't know what he did because I didn't check him again till now but you have reminded me of it. I can't guess what he did, but it was probably the dumbest thing he ever did at the time.

The changed bitcoin address is from the Rollin.io site, I've only used it a few times so not many transactions happen at the address. I have changed at least 2 times the password for this account and only 1 time changed the email. I changed it around 2018 for the first one and 2021. I don't know where it was recorded but maybe you know better than me even though I am the main owner of this account.

So I hope you can understand what I have explained. But I find it strange why we are being monitored when our emails and posts are edited even though it never harms anyone.
Nevermind, would you like to tell why you have edited a valid bitcoin wallet id to a non-valid wallet id? Are you able to say the name of the gambling site and provide screenshot of that wallet id?
Why asked?
Base on your activity as well as email changed it seems that the ownership of your account has been changed? Is there anything wrong to cross check? I think you will co-operate with the community.

Your email and password both has been changed also you have edited your bitcoin wallet id and you were inactive before changing the password so there is a chance I think 99% chance that the ownership of the account has been changed.

I find it strange why we are being monitored when our emails and posts are edited even though it never harms anyone.
Many accounts have been compromised, and when a new "owner" takes control of an account, they often try to remove evidence of staked addresses when they stake a new address. The harm usually comes from spamming or scamming.
I found your edited post by coincidence. You may find it strange that I found it, I find it strange you edited a post to change valid Bitcoin address into an invalid address after 5.5 years.

Did you wait until your profile no longer says you changed your password?

Allow me to highlight: "This user's email address was changed recently.".
Any chance you can sign a message from an old address to prove ownership? I was searching for an old posted addy, and got curious why you edited this post (archived here) 2 weeks ago.

Why did you turn this address into an invalid address?
Hi LoyceV, thanks for asking me some questions and I'd be happy to tell you some of the answers.

First: My email address changed because I receive hundreds of spam every month from various sites I've visited before (exchanges, gambling sites, airdrops, bounty newslaters and others). I can't take this any further even I have tried to unsubscribe. But if you have any doubt I can tell you my main email and please send something there and I will answer it for validation.

Second: I can't sign the message from the bitcoin address you're asking for because it's a gambling site address, I don't have access to the private key and it's impossible for me to do. Most of the wallets I use are exchange wallets and gambling sites, I know they are bad but I have no other reason than to want to spend them on gambling and want to sell them.

So I hope you can understand what I have explained. But I find it strange why we are being monitored when our emails and posts are edited even though it never harms anyone.

Please verify it.
Thank you

It is already quoted and verified by Xal0lex. It will be enough if you can verify it latter to proof the ownership of the account. But if it is not your account or previously quoted address can be verified by someone else then that will be considered first.

someone wants to help 34xp4vRoCGJym3xR7yCVPFHoCNxv4Twseo
If you have a PC/Laptop then please download the electrum wallet or bitcoin core from the original site. You will sign message with that wallet on your Laptop because if you are using android wallet then you may not be able to do it "or I missed something". Or if you have Electrum on Android, then you can still export seed from your wallet to Electrum on your Laptop without having to create a new wallet and start signing message. Good luck, good luck.

Follow the steps here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/how-to-sign-a-message-990345

a project which will help us keep the data on spreadsheet
Have you seen this attempt? Or just Ninjastic Space? It may save you some time.

Thanks for the heads up.

I saw both of them. Mine is way simpler and organised I think as compared to the first one published by mdayonliner and not sure if second one is really about ownership and stuff.
I think I will still work on it, will publish the whole work to you guys and let me know what you guys think!

Great to see the first thread, I think it will help me to enter the data way faster since it is arranged in alphabetical order. But surely its complicated to update and publish in the thread all the time. So will make my attempt and let me know what you think.   Grin

Also I love doing such stuff so I am all okay if at the end it goes off the record.  Cheesy

I am going to enter the data which is already published in this thread (may be some or may be all of it), this will help to understand how easy it is by my methodology. Lets just hope you guys will love it.
back to topic, discuss this in the thread you have created.
