Mate, it’s been 5 days and I have not received a response or my money from my bets that I won fair and square.

It takes a human eye 2 minutes to review the bets, review the video stream and resettle my bets, not 5 days. Once again, like I’ve mentioned previously, this is simply because they don’t like me and racially profile me and that’s why nothing has been solved. I will continue to post this everywhere and file complaints everywhere until it is taken seriously. This should have nothing to do with who I am or who the person is that placed the bet. When I lose, you guys have no issues taking my money, but when I win a bet fair and square, I have to fight for my money. It’s nonsense.

They said they have something coming up for halloween, and all I see are some random telegram NBA bonus drops ( 2 of them) that were gone in 10-20 seconds, also at a time where only US customers are actually awake.

Same old with this site.

It is not a secret, Stake.us is treated/served like the first VIP class while the other is just business or maybe economy class only. Although we do not know what is the main reason why they do like this, but I think it is related to the overall volume of the activities. Maybe us players make more deposit and wager in average or maybe something else. Just like when there were random winner that drawn during 1M giveaways, most of the winners came from US. At that time I thought that it was pure random, but looking at current situation, I can say that us players is more special compared to others.

US player have more income compared to third world countries, so American's earn them good commissions so they mostly focus on them.
stake.us have more traffic around 27Million and stake.com have 22million, So it's obvious that stake.us is more profitable they need to keep them happy with huge promotions and giveaways.

Not a big gap if you ask me, but the way how stake treat players between us and non us looks like there is a huge gap. For sure they have the right to do anything but I think they should serve all players equally. Anyway last week was my lowest weekly bonus ever since I joined stake. I received $0.08 only lol, an amount that I have never received even when I was bronze, silver or gold.

If US had more traffic and more profits/wager, why would at the weekly raffle .com have 15 winners and .us only 5?
It would be the other way around. Same for the bonus drops on the weekly stream where US only has a fraction of what the .com player base is getting, regarding on how many claims.

So I guess what you are saying here cannot be right since it would not make any sense.

Halloween is not just a USA thing anymore, so I do not know why they only gave a Post Monthly to the .US players.  Huh Huh  They also focus more on the US Sports when it comes to promotions and Bonus drops.

I have checked the screenshots which have been posted by you in the scam accusation thread. It looks like the support agent of Stake hasn't received any response from the odds provider yet. You should submit a complaint on Askgamblers instead of making hateful posts.

They are scamming me, there’s no “messed up issue”. I won fair and square.

In reality, this is just stake racially profiling me and refusing to pay me. I have been blocked from email support and live support for almost a year because they all hate me because I call them out on their bullshit.

Why don’t you read the convo below which happened a few hours ago. (I made a new account to message them, the agent had no clue who I was while engaging in conversation with me). Once he realizes who I am, he blocks me and stops the investigation.

He even says “hope they do the right thing” he can clearly see the bets we’re winning bets
But that goes out the window once he knows who I am.

And what did you say to them after this if you got blocked? Because something doesn't add up here, like a rest of the conversation would be missing.

Nothing in this post even remotely points to scamming, they were middle of investigating. And suddenly you moved to getting blocked and making new account?

Insults in your other posts and wild leaps to racism accusations make me think, that there's a high change you moved right to insults against the help desk after you got frustrated of waiting and got blocked.

Just a theory, but if you really didn't know, help desks aren't required to take insults. Any help desk will block you in a second if you start to insult them or give them threats.

Of course i understand the frustration, but if help desk forwards the question and you keep harassing the help desk, obviously you will get blocked.

In a situation which a game provider did not solve a bug in their games, it would be highly unfair to jump onto and lashing out against a person who does not even have any power over providers. That is why I try to be calm when dealing with those kind of agents; we are not supposed to make their job more difficult; there are already enough bad people on the internet...
Customer support is an outlet for most customers to release their anger, frustrations, regrets etc in literally every site/business out there which is something that will never change if you ask me.

Personally, I scold them too now and then whenever I encounter some site related issue, but I always stay within the limit which is what truly matters.

Stake support is literally useless. They are full of useless and racist workers. If they don’t like someone personally, they will never help them.

I truly hope that one day, Eddie ends up like tony from 5dimes because that’s what he deserves. He’s is nothing but a scamming scumbag, just like his father.

Actually, I have myself had some interactions with Stake's customer support when I was not able to access my personal account and while it was not a perfect experience, they managed to stay polite and professional until my problem was solved. Also, I do not understand how would anyone within customer support of any service (regardless they are s casino worker or not) could be racist against anyone, that sounds pretty much out of place for any profesional person dealing with clients/gamblers.
