You mentioned never placing a bet.Everything needed at least history wagering. If never place bets = don't make bets at all. I got those offer after 3-6 month inactive without a deposit, I doubt user never betting anything or deposit got those offer (even just 0.5$).
There always have some things need to do, before we get a bonus.

In case you guys missed it (cause the notification just came some hours ago), there will be a drake vs stake stream in 2 days, depending on where you live. For me it will be Monday morning, so it's a convenient time.
It will be on Monday morning as well on my timezone (8am) but this is exactly a time when most of people in my country start to work so I think I will miss it unless because if the giveaway is in a form of bonus drop code then claiming it on mobile phone cant be as fast as on desktop

Agree with you and I can even say that those giveaways were questionable (at least for me) because most of the winners came from US.

So I guess there will be 10 drops at 10$ with 5000 claims each, always with different wager requirements, like in the last streams. That would give a total of 500k. But that's just a guess of course, yet it makes the most sense since it was always around 8-10 drops of 10$.
As what I can read on the rainstream telegram channel, there will be bunch of Drake's drop codes on his stream so I think your guess will come true.
If that will come true, it will be like $100 for us if we can catch and claim all the drop codes during his stream.

You are the only one claiming that you said that you will not use the account but reading it on my side seems like you are just telling that you will not use the other account. You follow up your post about the wager inquiry which means you are still interested to recover your account which they allow you to verify later on as a sign of reconsideration since you are a customer.

This casino have broken laws/tos againts me despite me proving everyting at casino guru complaint that lasted 3 months their clown support agent have closed the complaint for reason i was rude againts the casino workers? btw i was not rude or anyting he was just looking to find some stupid reason to close it and dont get me refund because the amounth is 10k$+

GPWA probably the best place to look. You would likely want a gaming lawyer in whatever country you are in, that has also dealt with Curacao gambling companies

FYI the courts in Curacao are terrible to deal with on cases of money being owed by gambling sites. We know people that spent years and 6 figures trying to get millions owed from a Curacao site, that just claimed some other entity (in a different country) made an agreement on behalf of their Curacao company and it all went away.

Worst of it, he did that to claim giveaways he won from streamers and created new accounts (under streamers affiliate) to claim that win. In other words, bonus abuse at it's best.

I can relate to the guy because I do struggle to complete the 10 post on Stake forum due few threads that is easy barge in for discussion as newbie but I do manage to complete required post by starting a thread and discuss on my preferred topic.

Haha from the report I heard their VIP level Bronze or lower and without activity in 1-3 years so it's strange if they get $20 + without KYC
In conclusion, in my opinion it is a canceled plan from inviting active again changed to reminded that they have an account in this casino and of course this no impact
I think stake.com will do the same thing before December 31 but with a fair offer, what is clear is that there is no bonus more than $10 without KYC.
