What's is your rank right now ?

As I said before, I guess those who get this email are non VIP or Bronze so it's actually not a priority and they have no activity in recent years maybe between 2-3 years
At first the stake team wanted to give $20 to bring users active again but it looked unfair because bronze users with low activity only got a $10 bonus and had to go through KYC well maybe that's the reason they cancel the $20 bonus in the first email and send the 2nd email or maybe they have other reasons such as bonus abuse.

Quote
Mate, how can be active user getting more?

Well, for this one they will get more bonuses based on the VIP level for example, if the platinum account is not active in a few months they will get deposit bonus between $100- $200 and last month one of my friends platinum2 got an $200 for $1000 deposit so actually this bonus has criteria.

Maybe more active users are getting more. But as an inactive user, I cant complain about getting 50 cents. But that wont make me return, thats for sure Grin As to Duelbits, they were distributing random users 5 bucks freebets if not mistaken with less than a week expire date (I think it was 3 days, but I might be wrong. But it was not a long period).
Mate, how can be active user getting more?

The email said: red carpet for the return. Meaning, these bonus only can be get (If the user not having activity at all) based a few month (I guess). The only things can make a different amount bonus is based the "VIP Rank" you have.

I mean, It's really f*ck up.

0.5$ ? It's for what. I still remember "Duelbits" are doing some marketing campaign sharing to selected user (who at least inactive) on "Friday Bonus" at least 5$. I got these bonus 5-10x times. 0.5$ If the account was no rank "VIP" or under Bronze (Still can be logic).

However, If these was me with VIP Platinum III. I must say, It's really f*ck up for me.

That doesnt help im either looking to find good lawyer or what u all think will it help if i share my story here with all of the proofs will they do something to fix their mistakes and refund me ?

Based on my experience, the 2 RuneScape players and the chat moderator will not voluntarily fix their scams!

Please open a thread in the Scam Accusations section, to better asses your situation.

For example, the Curacao Gaming Control Board (GCB) claims that they will investigate a violation of the applicable regulations.

So if the 2 RuneScape players and the chat moderator violated applicable regulations, you can ask the GCB to investigate.

I am willing to assist you doing so, as I myself already asked them to investigate Stake's provably rigged in-house Black Jack system!

Oh wow, 50cent? If I knew it was only 0.50$ I would even open stake to claim it because that way you can at least "keep your inactivity". What I mean by that is, stake would consider your account being inactive even longer and maybe, if you are lucky, will come around with a better non deposit bonus to get you back in the near future. That's at least what a friend of mine is hoping. He didn't use his account for ages ( he is some platinum level ) and he already get several of those emails, every time a slightly better bonus offer than before. Still he didn't use it yet, haha.

Maybe some people will not complain if there was no mistake by Stake by sending email to those inactive accounts by offering $20 earlier but they revised/corrected it with so big gap, from $20 to $0.5 Smiley
I'm sure most people who received the email feel that Stake pranked them and it is reasonable if some people a bit mad about it Smiley
I think I'll feel the same if I become one of them, probably if the correction was like in a form of reload $0.2-$0.5 for a week will be better because it will make players try to visit Stake to claim the reload every 24 hours Smiley

I can confirm that I've got new email with correction bonus of 50 cents inside Cheesy I understand that free money are always good, but going from 20 bucks to 50 cents indeed looks like a bad joke. I wasnt having big hopes for those 20 bucks, but they have created a huge hype with those free 20 bucks, and now they community will have a real bad after taste due to those 50 cents Cheesy Some might really had plans for those 20 bucks. We know how society put tags easily, when their expectation were not met Cheesy

Tried my 20 bucks bonus but got "Bonus code unavailable." message Cheesy Not the best way to attract inactive users attention. Checked my account info, registered in 2022, even got same wagering %. Was ready to spend some money in a fight for a bonus, but since there is none, I logout Cheesy

P.S. Maybe there was a limited time or limited number of bonuses. Advice to everyone then, as soon you see something, immediately grab it after checking if everything is legit.

You should check your email, I heard from a friend with the same case as yours. He said that Stake sent him a correction email for the bonus and he can claim the bonus but he did not tell me the amount of the bonus

~ Judging from the word used on the email "correction", I think it can be a correction for the amount or correction for the link.
Stake marketing team has made fun with the old inactive users today. It was actually correction of the amount, not the bonus link. The new bonus link has given $0.50 (50 cents) to the users according to this reddit post: "Stake is a fvcking joke". The post content isn't available right now as it has been removed by the moderator. I'm wondering why Stake marketing team have done this unprofessional move.

I received this email on my old account since it notify through my email that I was sent a 20$ bonus no string attached just to make me open my account again. I don’t dare to open my account since it might flagged me for multiple account due to the account was dormant for 3 years already.

Recently today I received for a correction that they sent a mistake stating what the content you mention.  Cheesy

I also just got this information from the gambling community yeah the stake team sent 2 emails and the last is the correct email to claim the bonus but unfortunately the bonus is only $ 0.5 not $20 even though I think $5 is not something bad. Indeed, if the bonus is $20 is excessive because most of the inactive accounts are non VIP level while those who have a higher VIP level will get a deposit bonus offer well maybe this is the reason why they cancel the bonus code. I suspect the stake team will send another offer before next year because they don't want to lose old users, especially those who are inactive.

Yeah sometimes bonus links expire but normally they should be valid for a least a week or something similar. Best to just ask the live support, they mostly know where the problem lies.
I once got this email as well, like 2 or more years ago when I took a break from stake for a while. Not sure if it was 20$ or like 50$, but had no problem claiming the code.
Hopefully you can get it when good luck for your bets using that bonus!

I will update on this and check everything tomorrow, when I would be at work. I was just curious if this is legit, because last time I have visited my account was 3-4 years ago. I think I dont even remember my password. I was surprised to receive this email, since I am not an active gambler there. That the reason why doubts appeared and I hesitated to go futher and click on all links. I have checked last pages, nobody seems to getting same bonus, and my level of mistrust rose.

It is a campaign to invite inactive accounts yeah many of us get an email like that even last month one of my friends got a bonus $200 bonus with a deposit $1000
If your account is inactive for 3-4 years you shouldn't get any updates from the stake and usually they think you lose access so it's quite strange when you get this email. Playstake.club is an official link you don't need to hesitate to claim it and we use it every week.

Stake may not send the pre-monthly bonus on that day if they have planned early monthly bonus in December month to start the Christmas celebration.

Oh thank you for the correction, I'm just curious whether we will get another bonus or they will combine it with another monthly bonus at the beginning of next month.
