So, nobody is saying anything about the Post-Monthly that was paid out? I was very surprised about this, because we have not seen a decent post-monthly like this for a while. Mine was actually a bit more than what I expected from a post monthly, because it is normally about the same as a Weekly.

Eddie did say on Saturday that they tweaked the bonuses and that it was going to be slightly more than usual, so it was like that for me. (I did lose a bit more than usual, so it might just be that too)  Tongue

I think the tweaking of bonuses was meant about the weekly. The pre and post mostly the same, according to the VIP level.

Thats why they are also always a round number xx.00$. So no individual amount.

Honestly, I don't believe Eddie when he says "the weekly this week is slightly higher than other days". He often enough just tells the people what they want to hear. According to him 10 tickets in the raffle gives you a "good chance" to win, at over 2 millions tickets.  Grin

Anyway, happy with the post monthly of course. We didn't have an extra bonus for 1,5 months.

I hope I'm not bothering you with my question: is there still a bonus for complying with KYC? And if this bonus still exists, at what KYC level are people eligible to receive the bonus? I'm level 2 of KYC but I want to do level 3 soon ~snip~
You aren't going to receive any additional bonus amount for completing the level 3 KYC. Stake gives a little extra amount with the bonuses to level 1 KYC verified users. Level 2 KYC verified users receive a bit higher additional bonus. As example, level one KYC verified users receive 10% extra on basic reward of Stake forum challenges, where level two verified users receive 100% extra amount. As 'ryzaadit' has said above, verified users receive 10% to 20% extra from the weekly and monthly bonus.

At least minimum Level 2.

It's being promoted by Stake, If you have verify account you can get more bonus like from Monthly/Weekly. If not wrong, could be around 10-20% by being verified sometimes you can claim some promotion bonus.

Since, some promotion is getting limited only for Verified Account.

It's better to take a break for a while than using VPN and facing with potential restrictions. You can provide evidence later to prove why you use VPN but it is headache and does not worth to use VPN.

I agree with you because if your account gets suspended and you need to explain what you did, there's no guarantee that you can get your account back. Personally, I have not tried using a VPN just to bypass restrictions, as my account in Stake is valuable to me. So, if we are willing to take the risk, then it's up to us. The solution here is we just need to be a discipline gambler, it's not necessary that we gamble all the time.

I stand with Ukraine!
I think the loophole that people want to exploit, is that Eddie (co-owner) of Stake.com are using a VPN to play on Stake, while he is an Australian citizen.
He can do this to test his platform and products built by developers. It is not bad testing at all and is one of reasons to make that activity. If you are an owner or co-owner, it's not make sense to cheat your company and steal its treasure.

Quote
I think people see that as a sign that they too can use a VPN to bypass the restrictions.

The thing is, if the ToS specifically states that some countries are restricted, then people from those countries must abide by the ToS and the laws of those countries, if they use any any means to bypass those laws... then they are breaking the ToS and their local laws.  Roll Eyes
If they do this, they accept risk to be terminated by the casino and lose money in their accounts. Even if they don't try to cheat, but violate ToS, their accounts will be terminated too.

Casino in their operations, should block (reject) registration from restricted countries at the beginning. It is prevention of cheating, Tos violation from newbies. It will help them to save resources for other tasks than overuse resources for Compliance team to handle user support ticket and scam accusation later.

I can see certain scenarios where VPN use might be legit, for example if I am a citizen of a country where it is legal to gamble at Stake and I am on holiday in a country where it is illegal. I can then use the local countries Internet and then use a VPN to play, because I am still a citizen of a country where it is legal to gamble there.  Wink

I asked Eddie on stream on Saturday, if Stake are being taken to court over VPN use and people from Australia playing on the site and he said .."NO" ..there are no court cases against Stake.  Roll Eyes

I think OP, must come back with proof of this case being lodged against Eddie (Stake) and then we can discuss this further. I see no need for everyone to get fired up, if there are nothing.  Wink
Why would they though, because lets take a look at the "crime" here, stake is saying you can't gamble from one nation, and people still do, which party is the responsible one for that? I would guess that people who gamble from Australia even though they are explicitly told that they can't are the ones who are committing the crime and I would guess that they would be the ones who are breaking the law.
You have a good point here and I completely agree with you, reading the terms of service and countries that are prohibited from gambling on stake, Australia is already list amongst other countries, if any gambler who is a citizen of Australia decides to use VPN to access stake.com, and in the process, maybe stake found out and locked the person out of his or her account and possibly confiscate all the fund in the account.
Dragging stake to court to on such a matter is an absolute waste of time and resources for the gambler since the terms and conditions already proves that the gambler is the one breaking the rule.

chasing bonus from KYC?

I hope I'm not bothering you with my question: is there still a bonus for complying with KYC? And if this bonus still exists, at what KYC level are people eligible to receive the bonus? I'm level 2 of KYC but I want to do level 3 soon, as I use the casino to place my bets and I also only use stake.com I don't see any problem doing KYC on stake.com, but I confess that if I went to another casino I wouldn't do that because delivering documents to many different casinos I think it's something dangerous and that's why I avoid using more than 1 casino, I prefer not to take too many risks

did anyone else notice that this month the casino was very generous and offered two monthly bonus? On the 16th of May I received my monthly bonus which made me very happy because I immediately went to place a multibet bet and won, which allowed me to leave with more profit, today in my time zone I see more bonuses in my email which made me even happier because I'm going to take all the bonus and I'm going to put it in my multibet bets, now that we're not going to have the main soccer leagues anymore, I'll have to find a way to bet on those leagues in China, Korea, Africa, Brazil, they're very difficult to analyze and get right, but as it is a bonus so I will bet, if I lose I will have to put money from my pocket

It is true that Stake support team has become slow to give a response, but they don't act like a bot actually. Live support agent takes a bit long time to give reply as there is an overload of the users always. The support will give you the actual solution if you describe the issue clearly. The KYC documents won't be rejected if you submit real documents without editing it. But I have heard that the level 3 and level 4 verifications are complicated at Stake.

What can stake do about this, it doesn't look like that will change anything anytime soon. I know that it is not going to be easy to find a proof unless you can get the court documents, and if it doesn't exist like Eddie said then there are none. So all in all, I am expecting that the best thing to do in this case is to make sure they keep going on the right path.

Hey,

I'm seething with anger and need to vent about my recent encounter with Stake.com. They suspended my account without any valid reason, and their support team has been incredibly slow and unhelpful. It's a maddening experience dealing with them.

Their customer support is a complete joke. They take ages to respond and provide generic, unhelpful answers that don't address the issues at hand. It's like talking to a robotic wall.

To make matters worse, their document verification process is a nightmare. They claim to accept certain documents on their site, but when I submitted them, they rejected them for absurd reasons. It feels like they're deliberately making it difficult and frustrating.

And let's not forget the agonizing wait for them to review documents. It takes hours only to receive a rejection based on bogus reasons. They show no intention of resolving the issue fairly or efficiently.

Stake.com needs to realize that customers are the backbone of their business. Their slow support and unfair treatment are driving loyal users away. Consider other platforms that value transparency and treat customers with respect.

Stay away from Stake.com unless you enjoy frustration and disrespect.

Angry and betrayed,

Glad to see there's a new slot game on Stake. And this adds to the excitement of playing the slots. But be careful when playing slots because we have to avoid big losses.

Here is a list of new slot games in Stake:

From the lists above, it seems that no slot games from Pragmatic Play providers were added, but there are slot games from Play'N GO, Red Tiger, and Spinomenal. Besides that, I've never played on other providers, making me want to try it later. What do you want to play from the latest list in the Stake?

I just played Jewel Rush by Pragmatic Play for 15 minutes, and although I had this nice win once,

my overall profit was couple of bucks negative in the end. Do I regret playing it? No. The background music was nice and the animation, as in all slots by Pragmatic Play, was perfect. The relaxation I got from playing Jewel Rush  was definitely worth the money.

I believe people don't mind sharing KYC.

The problem for "KYC" are on Type 3 or Type 4 for people who are living in a third country. I also the one who are not really want to put "KYC", why? I only small gambler and chasing bonus from KYC ? nope thanks.

That's why, I chasing a casino who can withdraw with a high limit.

I agree with you. The player should depend as little as possible on the policies of the state. So the withdrawal threshold in the absence of KYC is a very important factor. I also try to choose those online casinos where this threshold is high enough, and withdrawal requests are processed promptly.

I have nothing else to add to that. You are welcome to draw whatever conclusions you want. I have nothing else to add over this issue at the moment.
