Not really care.

What we care are, when monthly/weekly/post-monthly ~XD Also, with a huge bonus during the claim. IMO, right now the growing stake for new-user are gonna to be decrease as you know they change the bonus system

They also not really quite active anymore hiring streamer for promotion.

The rumor stake.

That's why they are really supported gambling on Kicks, they are on the burning promotion like stake did. IMO, even they're spending so much money they still can generated income from stake.

Since, they're using the platform for promoting stake.

Yeah and Stake.com is the most popular casino there, I know there are other streamers playing at other casinos and you know the viewers is less than 100

By the way, are any of you curious about the total  VIP users here? on April 17, 2023 stake/blog published an article about this, they claim to have over 300k VIP users started since 2017, 6 years have passed or 50k VIP users every year. For the first 2-3 years the growth may be a little slow but when a big promotion is launched on some sport I believe the growth is more than 50k users every year.

That is how this stream industry operates, they cut the payment from other streamers and fund the popular names to bring more users on the new platform.
Eddie is also the founder of the Kick and he will do everything to keep Kick operational, IMO.
They don't want to fix the server issue for some reason.
Oh wow. Really? I didn't know that he is the founder of Kick as well. If this is true, I don't think Kick will have any financial issues in the future to keep it alive. I am not familiar with the Kick platform yet. But some streamers moved to kick and invite people to join their stream there. If Eddie founded Kick, I guess this would be the favorite streaming platform for gambling streamers!

Well, "founder" . They just bought Kick, they didn't create it.
Once Eddie got kicked out if Twitch they had to find a new place for the Saturday stream. They did it once on Kick and then moved to Dlive. Dlive though has a lot of delay and this wan't a long term solution so they bought kick and basically rebranded it.

These days the site is growing at a crazy speed, much faster than expected. I wish they would put that much effort to make a site traffic friendly to stake. Then it would run much smoother, especially on Saturdays.

I've been watching Eddie's stream since Twitch days until Kick, but I hadn't heard that they brought Kick. I had never heard of the Kick platform as a streaming platform until Eddie streamed on Kick. I thought that they the one who created/founded it.

Last time Eddie got an interview about asking him if they had an offer to Pokiname to stream on Kick.com. Pokiname declined the offer, possibly due to concerns about the long-term sustainability of the Kick platform. We all know that even if they didn't acquired Pokiname like what you said it is part of how they will grow the Kick (Publicity).

So far no one has confirmed who launched and who bought kick.com it's just that some people say stake.com is behind whether as an investor or on the other hand we don't know, what is clear is that this platform is now growing quickly and almost 50% of users are stake.com users. I remember before the platform was launched then @Trainwreckstv posted that we could create an account first and around 200k registered before launch.  I am not surprised if in the future stake.com will sponsor eSport and all matches are broadcast by kick.com like what Twitch is doing at this time.

Are you assuming that they do that or do you have some sort of proof to back it up? Kick is brand new and i haven't seen such claims about it. Only the fact that they pay 95% of revenue to streamers while twitch pays 50% Which makes me think that twitch can't survive this without adjusting their numbers. That would totally crash their future projections and i doubt they can afford it.

But amout that money, streaming and gambling industry is insanely big industries. They can afford things that seem unreal to normal people.

It seems like a good move for Stake. Streaming is growing quickly with favorable regulation but burning through cash. Gambling has tons of cash and a regulatory problem. If they can continue subsidizing Kick’s growth until it reaches profitability, there could be an unimaginably massive payoff in the end.

I think you are right that Stake has other preferences/priorities to do/improve because it should not be that hard for them to upgrade their server for a better experience in the website as well as in their forum. I also think it wont cost them too much money, at least it wont cost more than what they spend for the sponsorship. Dont they worry about the possibility that players may leave the site if there is no improvement in this thing?
Considering they also own Kick now, which is a big streaming company that is growing insanely and they are paying huge amounts of money and they are growing bigger than probably Stake ever did, they do have a lot of task at hand they need to handle and we all know that it is not easy to balance two companies together.

This is why I think Stake is doing very well, if it was any other company then it would be hard to manage them both, one of them would start to suck because there would be a lot less man hours distributed towards the initial one, and more to the new one that is getting attention. But Stake managed to put both of them in separate ways, and the yare handling both of them very well all at the same time anyways.

That is so true. They spend hundreds of millions for sponsoring and so on but the site sometimes is running like it's 2005 or something.
Especially during the streams, and because of the weekly bonus, there is quite some traffic and the site can't handle it for sure.

When I try to claim the bonus drops I get at least 2-3 errors before I can finally claim it. Sometimes it's even like 10 and more until the bonus is fully claimed and I got nothing.
How can it be so hard for such a big company to fix this issue? Obviously their preferences are somewhere else.

During stream the forum is also down quite a lot, because people want to participate in the forum giveaway. Since only around 3000 people post in the giveaway thread over 90 minutes that cannot be that much traffic. Still it goes down. Not a good look I think.

Weekly stream bonuses are good to build more and withdrawing something from the profit. I usually fail to print on originals especially when original house games lags so much due to the stream and weekly bonus time. Stake should pay more to increase the capacity of servers to handle weekly days when the bonus drops it becomes too laggy.

Eddie explained this during one of his streaming sessions.... the Bonus system (software) was not designed to handle such a huge amount of claims at the same time. It is not as easy as people might think to just increase the AWS resources, by paying for more server capacity, because the casino software has to change too.

Stake needs to pay developers to redesign the Bonus system to handle 1000s of claims per second and that is going to take some time. I think they must develop some kind of bonus system that runs on it's own server, separate from the casino software.  Roll Eyes

The different situation from your question.
1. It's weekly stream (mean, the time already know).
2. Meanwhile, the code sharing on telegram have randomly time sharing.

Even, we have thousand member since the code being sharing with a random time. It's not make overload system claim, meanwhile for stream we already know the time and before they want to share the code (Stake team will tell you before the code being shared).

Just based my 2 cent.

Yeah, I can't deny your opinions because this is based on personal assumptions and experiences, I remember at that time there will be 5000 users who can claim bonuses code $5x 5000 : $25000 for each drop and are usually fully claimed in one minute, the total claims available for weekly are also almost the same between 3000-4700 users it's just that we don't know how many users try to claim. Based on your experience, isn't this server problem happening lately I mean in the last 2-3 weeks? I personally just experienced it last week because the previous weeks I did not meet the requirements.

I was one of the people who stayed, after Eddie streamed his weekly gambling stream... and I watched his interview about Kick. This interview brought more questions than answers... for me.

I wonder where Kick gets $100 000 000 to pay for xQc, real name Felix Lengyel, to stream on Kick? How much funding flows from Stake.com to Kick.com? It cannot be feasible to jump start and funding Kick.com from gambling income and to neglect the gambling experience of Stake.com. We know Stake.com have many problems that needs to be fixed (Errors while claiming drops being one) ...and they are spending $100 Million on recruiting streamers.  Huh Huh Huh

It is speculation that Eddie was one of the founders of Kick, because the founder are unknown. He is one of the main investors in Kick and he is currently the CEO of Kick. (Stake.com put Kick on the map to it's success)

"In January 2023, Alfa Romeo F1 team signed a multi-year title sponsorship with Kick, along with Stake.com. Kick's name and logo will replace Stake's in countries where gambling and sports betting advertisements are not allowed." - Source : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kick_(service)
