Well, the "keep going" advice is one I don't think every one would agree to, since as individuals, we all have and place different values to money, what a $100 is worth to you might not be what it's worth for the other persons..
There are some people who get really upset when the lose an entire $5 playing slot,
but there are other who can play slot the whole day, not minding whether they loose a $100,000 on it, simply because they don't feel it, for this type of persons, it's very easy to keep going, regardless of how much lose they've already incurred on their bankroll.

Seems like you had a bad luck on Stake, not bad impression. Usually I take a break from a casino if I lose 5 to 6 deposits consecutively without being able to withdraw. It has happened with me several times on Stake.com. But you kept depositing and lost 15 deposits consecutively. Try to accept your losses and move on for a while.

You deposited 15 times and didn't withdraw any money simply because you have a bad gambling habit/attitude..
Change your attitude towards gambling and may be you will always have money to withdraw even if you don't win a thing.

On a loosing streak, it is not mandatory to burn your bankroll, simply quite that day and come back next time, and only gambling with money you are comfortable loosing, and again, gamble with majorly a mindset of having fun, it will help you not feel too bad about loses..

And besides, depositing 15 and gambling 15 times without single winning depends on how much you deposit and gamble with.. You cant deposit $5 or lower on each round and expect to Win a withdrawable amount, when you did not hit the jackpot.

You tell bad impression just because you are losing in casino? It's gambling you can losing and win. Losing on casino cannot taken as bad impression, because is what will you get by gambling.

Bets: 180,904

Wins: 78,285

Losses: 86,612

If we reduce the number of wins from the number of losses, we can see that I lost 8,327 bets (86,612 minus 78,285 = 8,327)

Losing 8,327 bets out of 180,904 bets placed = 4,6% of the bets lost.

The advertised house edge for the Stake in-house Black Jack is 0,5%, which means longterm I will lose 0,5% of all bets placed.

Losing 0,5% out of 180,904 bets placed = 900 bets lost.

If you compare Info 1) with Info 2), you can see that I lost 8,327 bets instead of the 900 bets I should lose = 9 times more!

While there is a deviation from the expected outcome, it can not be 9 times more after 180,904 bets!

When the house edge is 0,5% and you placed 180,900 bets, you will lose 900 bets and the remaining 180,000 bets are coin flips.

The remaining 180,000 bets are coin flips, because they are neutral and you will win 50% = 90,000 bets and lose 50% = 90,000 bets.

4,6% of the bets lost while I should lose only 0,5% means my experienced deviation of the 180,000 coin flips is 4,1%!


Now let's take a look at the standard deviation for 180,000 coin flips:

A) Standard deviation for 180,000 coin flips = 212 coin flips = 0,12% (In 68% of all attempts, the deviation is up to 0,12%)
 
My experienced deviation of 4,1% is 34 times higher than the standard deviation (4,1% : 0,12% = 34)


B) 3 times standard deviation for 180,000 coin flips = 0,36% (In 99,7% of all attempts, the deviation is up to 0.36%)
 
My experienced deviation of 4,1% is 11 times higher than the 3 times standard deviation (4,1% : 0,36% = 11)

The Stake bet transaction history only states 180,000 single bet events and no overview of my experienced house edge.

To get my experienced house edge from the bet transaction history, I would need to take a look at all 180,000 bets and calculate it manually!

If the cards were dealt fair and I lost only 0,5% of all bets placed while the statistics states that I lost 4,6%, then the Stake statistics is rigged!

In either case, the Stake in-house Black Jack system is provably rigged and Stake has to compensate at least the 30,000 USD I lost from my pocket.

Their strategy to ignore me, while they are clearly at fault, will fail!  


Problem 2)

I have wagered 90% of level Platinum VI) which gives a 6,400 USD bonus.

Recently I wanted to deposit and wager the remaining 10% because it is plus EV and saw that they put my account on withdraw only.

They ask for KYC customer documents, but I have a written statement from Stake that KYC is not compulsory for me.

They have the right to exclude me from further playing, but in this case they have to give me 90% of the 6,400 USD bonus.



Not answering to my emails and requests.

I also asked them to send my daily overview of the games of chance played, the number of times each game has been played, the bets made and the prize money achieved, but they did not send it!

Well, if everyone thought that and tried to play slots, they would not be able to win easily. Most of them would lose their money. Be careful when playing slot games because they can consume your money.

You can try the provider that I play. Play'N Go is one that I like. Oh yes, I haven't played Pragmatic Play for some reason. I don't really like it at the moment, maybe because of my $20 loss at Gate of Olympus a while ago.

After using that website instead of stake.com, my problems are gone and that includes the longer loading time and the duplicate bets that have been happening. I just found it on Reddit and I am glad it fixed my problem.

As a slot addict i wanted to test out these immediately.
Sugar twist seems to be sugar rush with few different objects and scatters, i guess that's the twist in it. It has the same music as well but am in no way complaining as i loved the sugar rush and this feels fresh.
