It depends on how much is the house edge of the game you played with above amount.
Lets say you play games with 1% house edge and you wager 300,000 doge and the rakeback percentage is 10% so you'll get: 300,000*1%*10%= 300 doge for your 300k doge wager.
The calculation should be= Amount wagered*house edge*rakeback percentage.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

But defining lost opportunity, it's quite hard to say that a user has lost one just because of it.
WHen you have 10 min or 1 hour reloads it's quite easy to define lost opportunity.
For example, if you had $15 reloads every hour, and stake was down for 4 hours, you missed out on claiming $60.
Perhaps Stake can offer an extension for the reload so there is no missing time for players to claim it because of the3 hours downtime. IMO it is not something important to complain as I believe Stake is aware about the situation and wont let players get disappointed. As players, anyone may ask about it privately through live support or even a VIP host to get the extension for the reload.

There is no way to stop those gamblers who don't have the control to manage their funds properly. ‘ralle14’ have already given you an answer but it can only be used in auto bet. Manual betting is fully depends on the bettor and there is no way to set max bet limit in manual betting. But you can disable max bet option, it will help a bit to those kind of gambler. Beside that you can make the best use of vault feature. Keep the max amount in your account what you would like to have as max bet loss limit. And move the other funds into vault.
I have to say I have met with people who was so much in trouble that they decided to quit, so they mailed the casinos to block them, and some casinos have that so they blocked those players so that they would never gamble there again, to help them fight with addiction. However those same people in return started to use VPN to go back in after some time, because they are literally addicted, and face problems when it's found out that they are gambling again.So, it should basically be some sort of warning sign for many people, but there is no way to stop them for sure, they will always find a way, if they can't do anything they will just leave for another website. Most people here get 10 minute reloads, we have 3 hours of downtime after thousands of dollars lost and shitty returns the very least is they can bonus us what we missed. Post on twitter also, if Stake is a honorable book they will make this right.
Why should Stake reward it's customers when there are maintenance? The maintenance is done to improve the long-term experience of the user. (reducing errors / improving security / reducing lag etc.)
Will your Bank give you a bonus into your Bank account when their systems are down for maintenance? It is inevitable that sites will go down, once in a while, so we should not demand something when that happens.
Let's hope these changes and updates will improve our gaming experience.
Most reasons players try and get handouts after site lags or goes down are bs, but missing reloads for a few hours if you're on hourly or 10 minutes (I'm on daily) seems like something reasonable to ask about compensation for.
If your banks system goes down you're still going to get paid whatever interest rate was agreed on.
I do not see the "reloads" as a right... it is a privilege granted by the casino and it can be "paused" or taken away at their discretion at any time. (Just look at what Stake did with the "reload" privilege for the Platinum I users)
Banks pay interest, because they signed a contract with you to pay it... but they will not pay you, when you cannot access their services for a while. (Maintenance is just something that has to happen)

Is not gonna to work.If you have a gambling problem you should stop, no matter you limited the bet will be ended chase the lost and try to recover, and in the end you lost all of your money. Try to educate yourself, a small suggestion you can't stop gambling instantly but you can limited any kind activity until you can stop. A small suggestion, please add an option to set our maximum bet value. If I've got $2000 in my wallet, and I start to bet with $100. On the go I double the bet value and it reaches $200, further on doubling it reaches $400. Further if I double the $400 bet value it needs to be $500, and this will help the gamblers who lacks control while they're into gambling without proper fund management. If we wish we can remove the max bet limit, so that we can play with any amount.

Helping gamblers who lack control is a good thing, but I'm not sure I understand what exactly you are trying to suggest. $100 is already a huge amount for a single bet. And if you are talking about relative size of the bet compared to the bakroll, $100 against $2,000 is still an unallowable bet size imo, especially when you are only starting with martingale.
