Hello Guys, unfortunately I'm having problems with stake.com, they blocked my money (4k euro) without giving any explanations, the support gave me an email because it is not "their department" but no one has answered the email for more than 40 hours.

But The Poster seems to be on a rush , Some cases takes weeks before being resolved and that is the problem about how we need to handle situation .
it is not about scamming but some confirmation needs to be answered , if we are clean then nothing to hide and nothing to rush .
Just take the steps the Site is asking you and eventually everything will be fine.
When you are talking about 4 thousand euro on a million dollar company, it will absolutely take time. Nobody can just let you have 4k without checking what is going on first, that is not a small amount of money neither but even if it was 10 dollars it would needed to be checked before decided but may not be urgent since it is only 10 bucks. Here we have 4k and that needs to be checked deeply to find what could be the problem.
Also we are talking about stake here, if they have done something, they definitely have a reason why they have done it as well, we are not going to end up with stake stealing money from people all of a sudden, obviously they are going to keep people's money if they have done something wrong, you do not expect to just do something and get away with it, so if there is any problems or against the rule situations they will keep it, do not even need to give the user who complains an explanation because we will side with stake anyway.
Here you are wrong mate, beside i did nothing, is 10 years i'm betting in online sites from time to time and this never happened nither once to me.
Anyway my main complain right now is that they freezed 4000 euro without reasons and without even contacting me, a much more professional way to handle the situation would be to immediatly contact the costumer and explain what is going on, and that maybe its needed 2/3 day to unblock the money.
This is absolutly not a professional way to handle any situation with a costumer, i hope this will never happen to you or you would understand how anxious you could get from such a thing, is easy to talk when it's not your money

The one you created must be the one in which this topic must discuss because if you continue doing this here , then you are the one who has been not Professional at all.
and like what the other one says , it took Him more than 3 weeks before His case completely settled so Just take time , You have Been in gambling sites for 10 years meaning you know sometimes there will be a instance like this though you have not experienced from the start .
and also You are in gambling for 10 years meaning you have Lose so much fund , so what this 4k euro to be clarified ? and besides if you are hiding nothing then the funds will be yours back but please Never rush things .
