They do have an optional KYC system if you are availing their freebies to avoid abuse from multiple accounts as they are generous about their giveaways and reloads to every user and you need to have these systems in place to avoid abuses and i have not heard about mandatory verification from stake.

Based on his post, he admitted by himself got a rank Platinum 5 all of his posts was also full of complaint and yelling. Guess what, when someone response his post will tell to that people to shut up.

Complaining about VERIFY ID, he wants automatically system when to verify all data ID need to manually even exchange still has some times to do verify up to 24 hours. And also remember, the customer not only you so be patient as long the ID or his account not doing anything wrong then no need to worry at all.

this site has the most shittiest KYC system. they waste so much time to verify u. why come up with kyc if you cant verify instantly like other sites do. dont copy features u cant handle

I cant confirm the actual bonus procedure from Stake, I'm just saying based on what I know but I doubt a user will get a bonus if he do not play at all for too long time. My own case was I did not play for weeks (2-3) and I still get weekly bonus but the amount was about $5 if I remember it correctly.
That means some how your wagger from previous still can count on the bonus reload.

Try again for more than 1 month without playing, login, or wagering anything and let's see did you still can get some reload bonus again or not. As from article, I read from stake the distribution some bonus will be always secret.

So maybe they could be distributed the bonus not in the end of the month, that was really lucky for everyone who wagering in the past 7 weeks or maybe the whole month still not passed.

All reward was depending on how much you are wagering in the current weeks/month, so when you are not playing anything or wagering you will not get any bonus at all from stake.
It is still called "giveaway" I think when you get something in return of you gambling isn't it? I do not know what those are specifically called. Normally what you do in a casino, let's say specifically dice, you go there, pick an odd, gamble, win or lose, and get out. When you get something extra for anything else? That is called something, I assumed it was called giveaway, it could be rakeback in other situations but this is not rake so I am not entirely sure what it would be called.

Long story short what I meant was getting anything returned instead of just pure gambling is a marvelous thing, stake should keep that up, it is always nice to get extra back when you are gambling, it makes that %1 house edge lower because you are getting something in return, doesn't make it profitable but makes it at least a bit more fair grounds to gamble.

As ‘panjul07’ said, you need to ask in live support to check your stats. They will give you the chart of your daily, weekly, monthly profit/loss amount. And also a chart of your overall profit. Monthly bonus is based on our VIP level and wager amount but there is no information about the minimum amount for each VIP rank. It depends on Stake marketing team and they knows it better.

Did live support try and explain where you went wrong? Sites sometimes take time replying to emails which is why live chat support is your best bet. Trying to contact them here would most likely be pointless since they would probably redirect you to customer support.

If they didn't, they are definitely in the wrong. As long as you aren't in the wrong, I advise you to stay patient since Stake is a reliable site and your problem will definitely be resolved.

Are you particularly saying it to stake? you have posted the same post on primedice although these two are known to be sister casinos. How long you've been waiting for the approval/review of your KYC? Some may come into instant but if it's a process for reviewing, it would really take time for all of the users that are on queue. Follow it up and tell the support how long they'll take the review on you.

Live support, this is the only way for you to check your statistic IMO.
Coming up to the base amount of the monthly bonus, I have never seen/known any specific sheet/place about it.
So perhaps Live support can answer you about this thing as well.
