one user won $5 million in a single roll in Stake
Wasnt that the largest single win on a crypto casino, heard about that one and worth stating as a point in their favor tbh.

As far as withdrawals you have to be careful not to fit the pattern of somebody who deposits, doesnt play or especially risk their deposit and then want to withdraw to a different address. Ive noticed most casinos Ive used are not keen on users wanting to use the site as an exchange, if theres some problem its probably that they require you to be an actual real unique user not trying to clam just the bonuses or lose the trail on a public blockchain ledger by stopping into the site.    Any site is going to demand real users and real activity in their usage of a site, that part is not rare.

The discussion here is about multi accounting. According to a lot of members in stake chat and stake forum (even the mod says alt accounts are allowed) it is ok to have multiple accounts.

Explanation? Stake?

https://forum.stake.com/topic/34482-how-many-alt-account-do-you-have-in-stake-casino/page/2/
https://forum.stake.com/topic/30479-how-to-use-alt-account-without-get-ban/

If you use multi accounts to evade a ban, gain an edge (promo abuse, getting around bet limits, pretending to be 2 diff people in chat for tips/scams/rain) or do something they told you not to do, that's bad.

Otherwise, it's fine.

"So you deposited 0.11 LTC and want to withdraw 0.112 LTC ?? Why anyone would do that..." And? This is an excuse to block (steal) my  money? They are so stupid. They can delete my account, i dont give a f... I will warn others about who they are. Dirty cheap casino.
You are talking about a site that gave away millions as wins a few weeks ago and you are accusing them of taking $22 Roll Eyes. So there is a clarity on who is stupid to accuse a reputed site Tongue. If you are having a genuine issue you can contact the support team and they will guide you and respond to your queries and will sort your piss amount withdrawal Tongue.

To make things clear to you, one user won $5 million in a single roll in Stake and it was not a giveaway but he won that amount and they were able to withdraw them instantly, i am just a user and not representing the team.

I am pretty sure you have taken advantage of the give away or something similar using multi accounts, if not they will not block your account as many play with new accounts and they usually do not ban you if you are genuine user.

You would normally see these kind of whines and cries when someone get busted of a possible abuse that they had committed and telling that it is a scam?

This isnt something new thats why its better to ignore it out because its pointless to make argumentation with these type of people.

Tried with the new addition. It looks like the advanced version of Minesweeper with some varied elements in it. Myself tried with the love scratch where the biggest win is 125x, which is very big. People who spend to have fun playing with Friends taking alternate turns can enjoy it.

Thank you, I totally agree with you. Funny thing is I don't have another account and i didn't break their terms of use. Its a scam, what they do, pure scam.

You are calling Stake to be scam, thieves, etc.
Keeping our 'support' for Stake aside, I want to ask you a question here:
Do you even know who you are talking about?
It's Stake you are accusing, which is a sister site of Primedice, Primedice which had been online and paying all its players for years. Even millions of $ in payments were made to real people and the management of Stake has many members of Primedice included, so before accusing for a $22 (kinda money-laundering), I think you should go check their history. I rarely heard any accusations against Stake and please don't come to me saying that they were only interested in stealing from you alone.  Cheesy

Maintain Social Distance, Stay safe.
They are thieves!!They stole my money. Do not reply to email. Typical scammers with zero reputation. I only have 1 account. I have no friends on site, I did not receive bonuses, I transferred money from my personal wallet and wanted to transfer it back to it. They locked my balance and ignore me. They accuse me of multi-account, but they can't prove it because it's a lie. Pure scam.
If you are legit and you don't have multi account then they will not freeze your account. If still it is frozen then try to contact and wait for their response. They are reputed site so there is no chance to steal your money. But if you are not legit and you really have multi account then it may happen.

All recent reviews have been negative, and they were from real people, obviously. And then suddenly - 3 very weird positive reviews appeared ... well, you can see that they are fake.

Why would you write this if it weren't true:

In the end, they confessed that they had stolen my money and posted some fake positive reviews here. Just a bunch of scammers.

When people make shit up online about casinos to pressure the casino to give them money (whether they're entitled to the money or not) all they're doing is helping the shady casinos and hurting themselves, other players, and honest casinos like stake.  There's a reason everyone is skeptical of you.  Just like there are shady casinos that rip off players, there are shady players that rip off casinos.  And the first stop for shady players is often this forum.

"Funds frozen for 5 days already, no response
Saturday the 2nd of January 2021 my funds (balance) got frozen meaning I can't withdraw my money. I e-mailed accounts@stake as I was advised to do. One day later they mailed me back stating I had to perform KYC and that I should do so within 24 hours. I did the KYC in an hour because I don't think doing that is a problem.

It's now Thursday and I haven't heard a thing. My money is still not withdrawable. I don't get any responses. If I e-mail support@stake I just get generic replies saying it's not their jurisdiction. I understand that. I just want someone to do something.

Please, can someone get back to me. I did what I was asked. I want to withdraw my money."

I believe that thousands of people have been scamed by these crooks. People give up and quietly leave. I will warn others what awaits them at this cheap casino. Imagine someone stole your money, all your attempts to establish contact are ignored and then they accuse you without evidence of multi-accounts and they (anonymous thieves) demand your personal data and just laugh at you. Dirty cheap casino!

Best way to warn people here is to create a scam accusation thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Then create a flag against them.

If your accusation is credible (I don't think it is),  people on the default trust list will leave neg rep for stake and support the flag.  The negative rep will appear under their name and the flag will be displayed above any thread they create, including this one.

How do you justify the fact that our own mods have said that multi-accounts are allowed. I see a lot of people play with alts. And then you guys go ahead stop withdrawals, and hiding behind the kyc thing.

You guys should tell the person why their funds are blocked exactly, instead of giving vague reason of having an alt.

Though I haven't had any issues with stake when making withdrawals of over 1000s$... But this doesn't look right to me.

Stake has always said they don't hold balance hostage. And, in this case it seems like you guys are. No matter what the amount is.

Thank you, I totally agree with you. Funny thing is I don't have another account and i didn't break their terms of use. Its a scam, what they do, pure scam.

Stake Staff

Hello,

First of all apologies for waiting this long for a reply.

We have frozen your account because we have reason to believe that this account is guilty of breaching our terms of service as stated under item number 5.1. Please see https://stake.com/policies/terms for further reference. Anonymity is important to us, but multi-accounting is something we take very seriously.

Can you complete the KYC process by sending us a picture of your ID and a picture of you holding that ID and a piece of paper with your username and today's date? Please provide those documents within the next 24 hours.

Regards,
Stake

I can't really blame you for thinking what you are thinking, world is a lot better when people can freely think whatever they want as long as they "do" nothing harmful to other people. However this is stake we are talking about, if you do not know them, it is normal to not really know how famous and celebrated they are in the world, these are the same people that literally first created the off-chain gambling in crypto world (along with just-dice) and they have a history dating as far back as any other casino in the crypto world, so we could say they might be the oldest one. Of course stake came out later but primedice was huge back then and it was one of the first ones.

So, I understand if you have any second thoughts about the website, and everything is looking bleak for now, but the reality is that we are in a situation where things are not that difficult to understand, stake could be trusted, according to me and people like me of course, all because we have been playing here (and primedice) for over 5 years without a problem.

I feel really bad for the sites which are accused of scamming their customers 'even after serving their best to them.' Before accusing Stake, did the accuser try to contact Stake directly on this matter? They can be accused for not replying if they were sent a request to look into this at first. But looks like he did not go the right way and chose to harm Stake's reputation by accusing them.
He already contacted stake's support. They told him if he can't withdraw his balance because of multi accounts. While he defend he never has any alt accounts. That's why he asks on this thread for help.

No, they sent him to the Integrity team to verify couple of things and he doesn't want to do it. So the stop here is because he doesn't want to cooperate.

"We have reason to believe that this account is guilty of breaching our terms of service as stated under item number 5.1." and "You are talking to the integrity team here at Stake" means nothing.

Nope, as long as you wager 1x or whatever requirement stated in T&C (if any).
It's just not a common user behavior, thus deserved flag and further security measures.

But if after further investigation, they can't find any wrongdoings except a random guy with too much free time, they should release the fund.
