Afaik the minimum requirement was $1000 wagered within a week. There may be such a rule, but how do you know how much has been wager in the last month, you can not see it in the stats, just the total spent on each coin.
The only way to do this is to maybe contact support or do it manually by downloading all your bets from the bet archive and compile all of them here.So people on the livestream started complaining they received like $15 for platinum level when they have wagered well over the $1000 amount needed to get the weekly bonus. So they ended up making a second coupon link for the added bonus which is calculated out for the amount those vip players have wagered through out the week. From what I have seen it is about 10% of your wagered amount and base amount is $15 for platinum level 1.
